Love this Refrigerator cools very fast and the craft ice is awesome to keep your drinks cold for a very long time. Plenty of room in the fridge and love the window glass just knock on the glass to see in the fridge before you open it. The freezer has plenty os room for your meats and frozen delights and the water and ice dispenser is very cool and has a light to see at night. I do recommend this refrigerator it works awesome and looks great! So if you’re looking for a good reliable refrigerator look no further you won’t go wrong.

We totally love the clean Black Stainless Steel look. It goes great with the Kitchen. The product is Awesome super quiet and plent of room inside pn both sides. If tou double tap the right door the light will turn on to let you see whats inside without having to open the Fridge. Also love the ice maker. We have your standard ice and it also makes the Fancy round ice balls which is mind blowing. We absolutely love the product. The water filter is very nice and fairly cheap to re-purchase.

this fridge is great i’ve had no problem with it since i got it the service was awesome the delivery guys were super nice friendly and helpful explained everything amazing let us know we knew everything we needed to know about this fridge help us place it in, in general the service was amazing this fridge is very spacious which that was what were looking for it also has two components of ice one which is awesome i truly love it cause sometimes we don’t have ice on one component and we get one from the other one and thats why we truly love this fridge. The window is great cause we clicked it to see if we have any juice or water cause its just a click and go. We truly recommend this fridge to y’all

I purchased this refrigerator last year on 2-11-2023 I wanted to wait to review once my family and I really used it. I must say I'm a LG fan now this refrigerator look so stylish in my kitchen it fits all our needs it absolutely holds a lot and the craft ice and the instaview feature is a must. I love the use of the app. My family loves this refrigerator. I just purchased my 2nd LG appliance in the process of replacing my Range and dishwasher. All LG appliances hre on out.

Couldn’t be happier! This is a great fridge. I love the craft ice maker, and we haven’t had a single issue. I put a couple of the ice balls in my Stanley cup and it keeps my drink super cold all day! The stainless steel is a dream! Smudge proof and doesn’t streak! Storage is great! I love the seemless look with no handles. We don’t really use the knock to see feature, but the glass on the front looks high end and classy.

The fridge looks amazing it's only a two door but looks like a four. The fridge work great but then it would not stop leaking from the water valve we had to put a cup underneath it. I give it five stars for Best buy and it's return policies and the staff that they had bringing and installing. I ended up going with two different fridges prior from Lowe's they came indented and the installation staff was not as high caliber as Best buys. Yes the fridge late I get that things happen everything's junk nowadays. But that's why I get five stars for me and the fridge will probably be a four. It is huge it holds lots of food and it makes really really cool ice ball pieces of ice.

We bought the side by side because of the craft ice function and price. I was surprised and delighted at the overall function of the refrigerator. It has exceeded our expectations with regards to look and function. I was also pleased with the cost of the extended warranty-being an auto ice / water dispenser.

I love my refrigerator/freezer. The craft ice ball maker freezes up all the time. Sometimes it stops producing ice altogether. It makes a loud knocking noise about 15 times, before it stops. The knocking light doesn’t always work. Which is fine, because we rarely use it anyways. It sounded cooler than what it is. The description said it was fingerprint proof (that’s not true) There is a lot of room in the fridge. I love that. I can organize everything nicely. The freezer is door space is small. I wish I could put my bag of flour there so I had more room. Overall it’s a great product. I would buy it again.

We love our LG SIDE BY SIDE W/CRAFT ICE! Not everyone loves big cubes of ice in their drinks. I love crushed ice in mine. But I also love craft balls in my cocktails for the grown ups. It melts at a slower pace!!! My child loves that she can see through the fridge door before opening! It has ample room on each shelf and the large drawers plus shelving on inside of both doors. It makes it more helpful for my child to have everything at her height for her to reach her specific items on both sides.!!! All of my appliances are LG and will stay buying LG.

The fridge is sleek and packed with features. The knock glass will definitely save money on leaving the door open too long and wasting that precious cold air. I have yet to see the Craft Ice, but am very excited (just installed today). The delivery and install went seemlessly. The geeksquad techs were knowledgeable and answered every question I had without any issues. They were able to get the fridge inside and in place within 2 minutes. The entire install process took ~40mins and they were finished. No scratches, dings, or dents. Their techs were very professional and efficient with the install and made sure everything was squared away before heading out. I’m EXTREMELY happy with the service and the product so far. Highly recommend.

I like how the fridge look and the viewing on one side. However, I thought that this fridge can also open just one upper side where the viewing is. We still decided to keep it even if it didn't meet my expectation. This particular item is not in bestbuy store that we visited, so I was not really able to see it in person before delivering the item. We do not want to stress about returning and order a new one. We will be stuck on this until we decided to change it again. Over all it is still a functionable fridge and it is still running good until now. I think I bought the fridge in the beginning of July.

Awesome fridge that makes the kitchen look more modern. Lots of space and the stainless finish with the black glass looks sharp. I love that it has multiple different ice functions and water dispenser.

The best refrigerator and freezer I’ve ever owned! So spacious and efficient. I love that it gives a musical note if you leave the door open too long. The peek a boo door is such a modern touch. It looks nice and a quick knock on the door illuminates the inside. The water and ice dispenser operates with a touch. No more buttons to push!

Pros: Super quiet. I like the craft ice feature. The Instaview feature is cool. Means you have to keep the interior neat or you'll feel like a slob, lol! Cons: jarring appearance, Water filter not the best. Still using my zero Water pitcher. If you're tall, reaching for the hidden handles feels like I have to be Mr. Fantastic of the Fantastic Four and stretch my arms to grab the door and interior shelving drawers which you have to pull from the bottom of the drawers.

Sleek design with very deep storage. Craft ice is a plus.

Great capacity,maintains temperature, sleek and techy look. My only complaint is the taste of the water and ice. Leaves an after taste like metal. Not sure if its their water infiltration system.

Love this refrigerator! This is our second refrigerator we purchased through BestBuy. Our granddaughter loves the “knock knock” on the fridge! It’s great to be able to see what we need without even opening the door. We purchased the side by side refrigerator this time and it keeps everything nice and cold. It looks like a French door, but is actually side by side, which we love. We have lots of room and love it. The salespeople were wonderful and went above and beyond. We also have the repair service through BestBuy and are able to use it on a variety of items we purchased. We would highly recommend this refrigerator!

Excellent! Love that refrigerator. Make many different ice cubes . It Look so fancy and the space inside is wide and big enough, better than others fridge. Best Buy was so puntual , Delivery 10 points !

I love this refrigerator. This is the second one I bought for one of my homes and the other one is in a rental property. I love the space and all types of ice that it makes only thing I would want them to do is make the glass part actually functional and to add handles to the drawers but I mean that’s not a dealbreaker for me. It was between this one and the more expensive LG I just couldn’t see myself spending almost $5000 so I ended up getting this one and I’m pretty pleased with it. It works with the LG app so you can see how much I see you’re making how much energy you’re using and when you need to replace your filter to automatically order it
