Purchased Fridge a year ago has been working great. Enjoy the large whiskey ball style ice cube maker.

We love our fridge! However, it wasn’t really clear that the outlet was on the top of the fridge so we had to drill a small hole in the cabinet above so that the cord could get plugged in behind it.

We love the options, particularly the round ice cubes it makes.

We had our fridge delivered today and the crew that delivered the fridge was not give us a full service, they did not installed the water line and they did not bring the water line kit that included in the order instead they told us to call a plumber to install the water line without give us a reason why they cannot install it. Also the crew put the fridge door lining to the cabinet because they have to take it a part when they bring it in and the feezer door fell on the floor seems like it’s fine but hope is nothing broken, I tried to call customer service also not helping at all, so we came to the store in Poughkeepsie we spoke to Alex and Zahne about what happened they right away taking care of us and helped us to reschedule for the installation, Alex and Zahne they both very knowledgeable and explained to us that we might need extra service for the installation, they made everything very clear and explained to us so patienly. Thank you for Alex and Zahne for helped us. They deserve raised.

I purchased this refrigerator in May 2023, and I absolutely love it! It’s been working perfectly with no issues. I always get compliments on how stylish it looks—and the round ice balls are a fun bonus. The Knock Knock feature is super convenient; it lets me see what’s inside without opening the door unnecessarily. Highly recommend!

This refrigerator is amazing! The craft ice feature is great for drinks, and the smart controls make it easy to adjust settings. It has plenty of space and keeps everything cool. The black stainless steel finish looks beautiful and doesn’t show fingerprints. Highly recommend it!

Very spacious for a side by side, water has excellent taste and the craft ice as well as regular ice is fantastic. Great fridge.

Its a really nice refrigerator. Spacious and big. It doesnt fit into the regular or old spots so youre going to need to reconfigure the kitchen area to accommodate this refrigerator but it is definitely worth it. I have noticed a little moisture on the door inside the freezer but ill watch this and get back to you. They dont have a deli drawer which it should because they want to charge you an extra $125 to purchase it from LG. But over all, i do love the refrigerator and i iwill be purchasing the deli drawer.
