The two men that delivered our LG fridge were awesome!! They hauled out our old fridge for us, hooked up our water supply line and verified no leaks. They then tried to fit the fridge into the alcove but there was 1/8" interference (my problem--I removed the drywall on one side so the opening was wider by 1/2", then the fridge fit) Totally satisfied with these two gentlemen and their service.

Very quiet, lots of space! Door handle is a little weird as it under a gap in the doors! Ice machine is quiet and drops a lot of ice quickly.

This refrigerator is quiet, spacious, and easy to use. This is just what we need for our home environment. Highly recommend this appliance.

Excellent. We liked it very much. It is spacious, easy to adjust the temp, easy to remove or up/down the racks. We liked the ice plus technology very much. Overall product is very nice.

Was a little nervous about the size of this one fitting into a customize space for a fridge with slightly smaller measurements since the house is older and has slim doorways compared to homes built afterwards. Boy am I glad it worked out!! Fridge fits like a glove and looks good! Its been working well ever since it was delivered. Drawback: You do lose a deli drawer in the fridge but gain a shelf in the freezer (fair trade-off). I can say I'm satisfied.

A awesome refrigerator with water and ice in the door we absolutely love this roomy unit it is exactly what we expected from a great company!

It works beautifully and quietly. We couldn't be happier. The installation was accomplished quickly and effectively, without a hitch.

Looks good. Works good. Good use of a minimalistic design. Got fooled and thought it had four doors, but not so disappointed as to take off a star.

If the taste of water is important to you then I would not recommend this fridge. I would also not recommend LG as their customer service has gone down drastically. I have called several times regarding our water issue and have done what they recommended (change the water line to a pex line) and it didn't change the taste. I started the calls from the onset of getting our fridge. Recently I called back and it was promised that a supervisor would call me back. It has been a week and still no call. They previously told me they would send a tech out to check on our water dispenser and they did not follow through on that. I will not be purchasing an LG appliance again. Our old fridge was an LG and had great success with Geek Squad as that fridge had challenges with the ice maker (it ended up being a recall situation). I figured it was safe to go with LG again however I was wrong.

I absolutely love it. Best fridge we've ever had and we're in our 60's so we've had a few. Lots of space and love having ice every day. It lets you know if a door is open too long. Highly recommend.

We bought this fridge because we needed a new one, but this one has surpassed my standards in almost all areas! The compressor being on the top helps mitigate cleaning out pet hair. My only gripe is that the water/ice dispenser is a little clunky and you have to press the middle button very hard to switch between types of ice and water, and that the crisper drawers normally for fruits and veggies dont have humidity options.

Fridge works awesome!!! The design is sleek and its stainless steel so pictures and notes can be hanged up on the doors. I love it!!

This unit works well and quietly. It has deep shelves but there are some odd configurations as a result which can make it challenging for some storage and retrieval. The doors will literally slam shut if you don’t keep your hands on the somewhat awkward handles, which are horizontal slots in the doors, located about halfway (a bit low imo). The water tasted bad until we had run many more than the recommended 5 gallons and the water/ice dispenser is also a bit awkward.

Great refrigerator, got it a few days later works well for what I need it. I should have upgraded and got the model with the craved ice and smart connectivity but after dealing with my whirlpool that I bought last year having to call it in 6 times, I am just happy that this one is working great so far. Like that it is sleek with the door handles tucked under( which is an adjustment) but the only thing I have cons with is the design water/ice dispenser if you do not have the cup up all the way the ice will spill out and if yo don’t have the water at certain angle it will spill as well. LG should make a better design other than that I love it

We are very happy with our refrigerator.No problem so far. I hope we have no problem in future. We like the design and have more room inside than our previous one.
