I received my refrigorator/freezer today, on time. My compliments and appreciation for the services that I received from the total tech engineers today. They we're timely knowledgeable and courteous. What more could I ask for... have a beautiful day & thank you.

So far everything is very good, with the exception of the ice maker. Design is cumbersome. Having separate buttons for ice and water would be so much more convenient and user-friendly. Quantity is not great as well as no way to get ice othe than through the door. Having a reach in bin would be sometimes, useful.

Love this refrigerator, the size, the finish and the smaller ice maker. I also like the choice of cube or crushed ice. I very much like LG, I now have all LG appliances. I did not like Best Buy delivery though, very disappointed. On initial delivery, i did not have shut off for the water line so the delivery guys simply left and did not deliver my fridge. A week later I received it but it was dented, very frustrating. After arguing with Best Buy customer service, a tech ordered a new door and installed it. All turned out ok but was a big hassle. I have bought many appliances at Best But but no more.

Great look, easy to clean smooth front due to no handles. Very spacious, solid shelves and rolling drawers. I would buy this refrigerator again!

Very large and accommodates everything. We used sturdy plastic baskets that we trimmed in the freezer for organization. Purchased produce keepers since drawers are not humidity controlled. Also uses stackable drawer fridge container for cheese and deli meat

2 months so far. I really like the layout. It is much more open/roomier than the ge profile i had previously which makes it so much easier to find and see the food. Handle you have to get used to but love the flat no handle profile. The ice maker does make a lot of strange noises. it's also so much better with print proof stainless as compared to older models.

Roomy and good looking, that’s it! The ice maker makes ice when it wants to, the water isn’t really cold. Though it has a filter the water tastes hard. I regret purchasing this refrigerator.

My only problem with this refrigerator is the drawers don't have a lip at the top to pull them open. You have to bend way down to grab the bottom of the drawer to open it. So far I have no other problems with it. Overall I like it

A small hiccup w purchase and customer service would absolutely not budge on just matching the floor sample price due to a dent ... But the refrigerator is absolutely awesome.. w lots of space ... Freezer works great ... I love it .. recommend it

I am thrilled with this refrigerator, LG 27.2 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side with SpacePlus Ice - Platinum Silver. It is spacious. The silver color is just right. The smaller ice cubes are a plus. It is great to have a water filter in it.

So far so good, great capacity, room for everything. Sleek and clean design looks great in our kitchen. Love the ice maker, always ready to go.

I love this refrigerator! It’s so quiet and large inside

I was hesitant to purchase any refrigerator outside of the big 3 brands, but availability and immediate need led me to the LG 27.2 cu ft Side by Side. Still early on, but it is a great refrigerator, roomy, quiet etc. Very impressive. The ice machine isn't particularly prolific, and that was a concern, but it has been fine. After a month, I am very pleased.

Love it, lots of room and a great price works well in our kitchen.

Had to replace an older fridge that was failing. This was a great buy, Best Buy installed quickly and efficiently. Fridge works fantastic- love the storage and ice machine.

Loving this fridge. It gets super cold and the ice maker works quickly. We connected our water line to it without an issue too. I can definitely tell that the filter works and it's saving us from having to go through Hinckley for water service.
