Bad product and install service

This was the second one that was installed because the first one was not working. Ice maker stopped making ice, tried a few different troubleshoot steps just to find out weeks later it was not installed correctly and now there is water damage on the floor, wall and below cabinets.

The ice maker makes about 20 cubes a day. It’s okay but somewhat small in capacity. Overall, I would have picked something else. It’s sleek and looks nice in the space but definitely not fuss free. Also, the ice comes out really fast and constantly make a mess on the tray under the dispenser.
