Nice fridge when it worked. Got Dec '21 broke in March '22. Turned out LG sent some 3rd party repair guy a month after it broke to repair, and he didn't have the right tools or parts either. So he VENTED ALL R600a refrigerant out our window with a hose and told my wife to keep the windows open a little while after in case any gas was in the house.... What a joke! Meanwhile it broke again 2 weeks later at the tail end of April, threw more food away for the 2nd time (and we all know how inflation has screwed up for prices) but because initially we only reported the freezer wasn't working we only got a 1 time for credit of 150 and not $300 for both sides. For a 27cu ft appliance, it costs more like $500 to fill, x2 since it broke twice. Anyway, finally after another month LG agreed to replace it and it's been a month after that best buy finally got all paperwork to exchange. So for 3 if the 6 months is been at our house, it's not worked. Hoping it was a faulty compressor and the identical replacement isn't problematic either. Make sure if you go through all this, best buy PROPERLY refunds your warranty if you bought one, cuz we're fighting to get the appropriate pro rated refund back $130 spent and only getting $45.20 back after 6 months, vs ~$108 if you count for 1/6 time gone. I've heard all appliance companies are struggling to get parts and repairs done so hopefully any of you can at least be mentally prepared for all this if it happens to you... I get the delay due to parts and labor, but don't delay the exchange so long if that's what's needed... LG has taken care of phones and TVs for us no problem, why appliances suck so bad is beyond me.

We love it sometimes I wish it has a handle but other than that it works well

Nice refrigerator and it seems to work really well. BUT. The door handle is horizontal instead of vertical so opening the door with something in your hand (especially a beverage) is more difficult. The slid-able bucket/trays have a horizontal handle on their bottom which also makes them more difficult to get into. This unit has one less bucket/trat than my previous LG.

Love this item. We were able to eliminate our small freezer with this new refrigerator. The freezer space is incredible.

Beautiful, large fridge. Great for outdoor storage. Very quiet.

I love the clean look of the refrigerator! The only thing I don't like is no closed tray on the door for butter, cheese etc.

We ordered this online on Wednesday and had it delivered on Saturday. I attached the water supply line and about 4 hours later the first cubes went into the bin. The wheels made this easy to slide into place. After about 6 hours we put our food in the new unit. While it doesn't have wifi it does have smart diagnosis, trying to add that now. This looks great and performing as it should.

It has a good design and easy-to-use structure. Delivery and installation were convenient as promised.
