Technicians were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Taught me how to open my new refrigerator and even helped put my door back up after I had to take it off the hinges to gain entry.

Had few months, good size frig. Moved from French door to this side by side, since easier to access frozen foods. Only gripe is wish it had an ice catching tray, little annoying with little pieces of ice bouncing around..

Happy with my fridge Purchase. Only current problem I’m having is bad water taste, not sure if it’s a faulty filter but water tastes like chlorine/plastic and also smells.

LG makes an excellent fridge. Great price and alot of room. The LED lights really light up the inside to making searching for what you want at night really easy.

Loved my frig. until now. Trying to troubleshoot why it is not producing ice, before I spend money for a service call!!

Nice and stacked shelves . I like the fact that you open the doors which it looks like French but it’s side by side . I had a Samsung French door with a middle compartment . The ice machine always broke down and it only lasted 7 years and broke . The recalled the ice part

So far no problems. Interesting design makes makes the fridge look like a French door. Took a few minutes to figure out the ice and water dispenser-unusual design but works fine. Only con is that there is no lunch meat / deli drawer. We have to use one of the vegetable drawers.

Only had it for a few weeks. Unit is working well. Meeting all expectations. Installation was done by Geek Squad. They did an excellent job. Explained everything about the unit and it's features. Hauled off the old unit. Very pleased with the price, features of the unit and the service we received.

Our old fridge in Florida gave out and we replaced it with this. Same exterior dimensions as the old, but about 40% more interior space. We are redoing our kitchen in Cape Cod this summer and this will be ordered for it.

Works great! A bit noisy, but tolerable. Have checked the temps at different spots and all uniform.

I love my new refrigerator! LG makes a great product! It has worked out nicely as I lost all my food in the last one and never knew why it failed! Hopefully I won’t have this problem again!

I love side by side. I don’t have to struggle finding my frozen food now. Easy to clean and love that it has so many shelves.

Very good and quiet . Our samsung you could hear all over the house . The only thing is I wish it made more ice .

Good looks, lots of space, both sides. No deli tray. 2 large trays at the bottom of fridge have the pulls on the bottom. Very inconvenient. Fridge temp won’t go below 38.

We are very happy with our new LG refrigerator. We were even happier that Best Buy not only delivered our new refrigerator but they took away the old broken one. They were quick and efficient.

Nice to have extra space, stainless finish is great. Would be good to have door handles, ice maker storage is minimal and slow to make ice. Great value overall
