    It is a beautiful appliance however, it made a loud noise. Unless you are extremely short the pocket handles are no good. Spacious on the inside but the bottom drawers open from the bottom so you must bend all the way to the floor to open drawers, again no good for taller people.

    I was hoping the bad reviews were just some bad luck, no such luck. It started with a bad delivery. Their phone broke, so I had no notification, they just showed up. The fridge has scratches already. I asked if they leveled it, and was told it didn’t tip when pushed, so it was leveled. The ice maker made horrible clicking noises and the ice tray was upside down and wouldn’t turn. I thought maybe when I get the water hooked up it will work. Again, no luck. The kit does no good if you’re water line is a RO tube. You need additional parts to use the kit. Last but not least, the fridge doesn’t fit under the cabinets. I went to the store to measure, according to my measurements it should have fit. The sales people were there when I measured & were of little help. The specs on Best Buy website, LG website, and my measurements were all different. No salesperson could tell me why. I had to go back to the store after looking at specs on manufacturer websites. I exchanged this disappointing trash for something else. Hopefully the next fridge fits. I will be returning the installation kit for a refund, you can do that according to the salesperson.
