Great fridge didn’t think we would like it at 1st!

One of the main reasons for buying this item was the outside ice/water dispenser. As per the instructions before using I dispensed the required amount of water from the unit and disposed of it before using it for ice and water. This turned out to be ineffective as the water still had a peculiar taste to it. Since that time I have had to empty pitchers of water until the taste would go away. However the bad taste always returns if the despenser is not used for a spell. Using the ice to chill faucet water or other drinks also contributes to an unplesant taste to the drink. Dissapointed with the the product for that reason.

I bought this product for my client. They love it!

Mostly happy with this Samsung. Sometimes when letting the door close, it shakes more than any refrigerator I’ve had before. I like the shelf space and the door shelves.

Had few months, good size frig. Moved from French door to this side by side, since easier to access frozen foods. Only gripe is wish it had an ice catching tray, little annoying with little pieces of ice bouncing around..

Technicians were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Taught me how to open my new refrigerator and even helped put my door back up after I had to take it off the hinges to gain entry.

Its very good and decent for the price good space .

Could be improved by having a deli drawer and compartment for butter. Overall everything is fine on it.

Nice and stacked shelves . I like the fact that you open the doors which it looks like French but it’s side by side . I had a Samsung French door with a middle compartment . The ice machine always broke down and it only lasted 7 years and broke . The recalled the ice part

Happy with my fridge Purchase. Only current problem I’m having is bad water taste, not sure if it’s a faulty filter but water tastes like chlorine/plastic and also smells.

Good looks, lots of space, both sides. No deli tray. 2 large trays at the bottom of fridge have the pulls on the bottom. Very inconvenient. Fridge temp won’t go below 38.

I am very disappointed that all the shelves don't adjust. The ice bucket takes a long time to fill. No small place to store condiment jars or margarines sticks.

Nice to have extra space, stainless finish is great. Would be good to have door handles, ice maker storage is minimal and slow to make ice. Great value overall

Excellent refrig. Roomy, well lighted. Good size ice holder. Only problem I have is opening the bottom drawer, as I have trouble bending over. Other than that, I love this frig! It did take a few days to get use to not having handles on the door.

We are very happy with our new LG refrigerator. We were even happier that Best Buy not only delivered our new refrigerator but they took away the old broken one. They were quick and efficient.

I love side by side. I don’t have to struggle finding my frozen food now. Easy to clean and love that it has so many shelves.

Delivery was very effecient. Like the ice space saver in door. Only reason not 5 star is found it $200 cheaper 2 weeks later. Price match attempt did not work since competitor did not have in stock.

I was surprised this one is not energy star compliant. Also make sure you have water line from previous fridge. Or site survey. Dumb me but all the houses I owned had existing water line

Definitely doesn’t have enough space compared to bottom freezers the body is big for shoe works pretty good tho and keeps things very cold as long as you keep food away from vents
