    Well, let see what happens with the second one, the first one last four days and just stop working not even power. The service and people on the store are excellent.

    Purchased brand new. Arrived with dents on 3/4 sides and some kind of spots all over freezer door that do not come off! The inside is great! Space Utilized well.

    The product does the job. The organization of the transaction TAINTED the entire process. I had to go pick up the refrigerator after the delivery was rescheduled twice. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE delivery date was SPECIFIED DUE TO MY WORK SCHEDULE. I Missed work and STILL had to go get the refrigerator! I’m very disappointed by this transaction.

    Came with a defect and nobody from LG could help me figure out the problem so I went on youtube to see other consumer problems and solutions

    Bottom drawer can not be opened unless untill side door moved at 120 degree.

    When using ice-maker on door, excess ice expels on outside of container. The design of the ice/water dispenser needs attention. A overflow tray would be useful

    Nice size. The ice maker does not work well. The gurgling noise is constant and can be heard two rooms away. I returned this fridge.

    Wouldn’t buy again. The LG REFRIGERATOR IS way too small. Not as roomy as it looks in the show room. Once you put produce in, it is really very cramped. Wish I would have returned it when I had a chance.

    Ice Maker

    Ice maker does not make enough ice and it took over 24 hours to fill to halfway. Called LG customer service twice since the problem happened since the daynof delivery and the second call was horrible. Rep pretend he couldn't hear and was very rude.

    Looks nice but not functional - major design flaws

    I wanted to like this and expected to, however it has some major flaws. Unfortunately it spits ice everywhere when using the ice machine. And the doors have to be opened extending all the way to the sides in order to open the drawers. The doors are quite thick. So this is a problem if you have a wall on either side of the refrigerator. The way the door opens has also damaged my trim. I will be returning this.

    It’s 12:38 PM (January 8, 2025) & I’m still waiting for the delivery after 8 days with the fridge I brought that is not working at all & after almost 15 days or more since I made the 1st purchase… They said the delivery should be between 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. That’s not fair BestBuy.

    My experience was AWFUL!!!!!!! I purchased a refrigerator, open box it was supposed to be delivered on Dec4, they never showed up came on Dec12. The refrigerator wasn’t at house for 18 hours stopped working. They’re suppose to have it serviced but I got refund do not want to deal with Best Buy.

    Sad to leave a negative review, but this thing dents with the tiniest of bump. My brother has a similar model GE and is 6 months old with zero dents. If you barely touch this LG it creates damage. Fridge and freezer working well. I suppose time will tells. Wish I knew how weak the stainless was before purchase.
