    I would Not recommend this refrigerator - 1st the shelves in freezer are glass - the shelf over pull out drawer broke (shattered) throwing pieces of glass everywhere inside. 2nd - the freezer has stopped working and without any type of warning - food inside is being transferred to my box freezer

    HORRIBLE experience with BestBUY appliances poor customer service and support weeks months still without a fridge. Wasted 3 days of work waiting all day for no one to show up. Best buy appliances don't order

    The ice maker does not dispense ice. We have a technician over twice but it is still not working even after having defrosted it and restarted it.

    I am very disappointed in the ice maker. It makes ice extremely slow. Super hard when you have a family of 4. I would not recommend this refrigerator. I would have already returned the refrigerator if it wasn't so hard to get out of my house, and I had to hire someone to put it in.

    I really made a BAD purchase buying this fridge. The design is terrible. The bottom crisper the glass sticks out so it got broken a few months after we bought it. We called LG and nothing was done. The doors don't have a lot of storage.

    Open box purchase. The refrigerator did not cool, the freezer only got to 30 degrees and the refrigerator 50. Since it was picked up the refrigerator I had to return it. Good refrigerator if it would have worked. Found same refrigerator elsewhere.

    Piece of junk. Cheap plastic connector caused flood all over kitchen and basement below. Bestbuy has been totally unresponsive and useless, just lots of lies and indifference. It should be called “Worstbuy”.

    The ice maker puts out very little ice. We had to purchase a counter top ice maker which defeats the main reason we purchased this fridge.

    When we close the fridge, the freezer opens. Doesn't make enough ice . Run out daily . Ice maker is not quiet . We chose best buy because they are a local company and customer service. Now we are in need and customer service has declined 100%
