    Ice maker stopped working immediately after delivery. Total Tech has done nothing to assist. It has been in need of repair for over one month now.

    I have had this unit for 4 months now, and the ice maker doesnt work, and the water trickles. Good Luck getting LG to schedule service - I have been trying for 2 months now

    43 days after purchase the fridge stops working. Of course best buy won't help.. What a rip off.

    There was a lot of icicle in the freezer. My frozen veggies had ice outside the bags. Had to return it after few days of using it.

    Froze up after 1 day. Called and they said they would replace and then they lost the order for replacement. Now were trying to get it replaced.

    After the 4 delivery they finally got it right, we had to switch the door off the new one to make sure there where no dent and dings
