    Piece of junk. Cheap plastic connector caused flood all over kitchen and basement below. Bestbuy has been totally unresponsive and useless, just lots of lies and indifference. It should be called “Worstbuy”.

    Water dispenser is slow. Ice making is slow and can’t keep up with our needs unlike our last refrigerator

    When we close the fridge, the freezer opens. Doesn't make enough ice . Run out daily . Ice maker is not quiet . We chose best buy because they are a local company and customer service. Now we are in need and customer service has declined 100%

    43 days after purchase the fridge stops working. Of course best buy won't help.. What a rip off.

    Froze up after 1 day. Called and they said they would replace and then they lost the order for replacement. Now were trying to get it replaced.
