Dislike having to lift shelf to get freezer bin to slide out (door must be fully opened). Dislike only being able to reposition top refrigerator shelf, all other shelves can be removed but not repositioned. Cannot add extra shelves! As with freezer, dislike having to lift shelf to be able to slide refrigator bins (both) out (again, door must be fully opened to slide out bins). Did not (and will not) hook up water line (local water not to our liking). Looks good, have black model, does not show finger prints. Very quite (keep in mind water/ice maker turned off). Outstanding delivery and removal service (Best Buy). Temperture stabilized in both fridge and freezer in abouy 8 hours.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.COUNTER DEPTH MODEL - I rarely do reviews but I had to comment on this purchase. I had this refrigerator for about 10 days. It looked absolutely gorgeous in my kitchen, very sleek and modern. No fingerprint issues. I loved the inside. I had another fridge in the garage so there was plenty of room for everything. I had two issues, one wasn't really LG issue but you should be aware that if you have a wall on the freezer side, you can't open the door wide enough to pull out the bottom freezer bin. Biggest problem - It produces little to no ice. There's just two of us and we were lucky to get two - four trays of ice in a 24 hour period. It NEVER filled up and the ice bin is so small that if you use the ice, it takes forever for it to start producing again. It's a shame because I really liked it.

Only complaint are a couple of poor design features: 1) only top shelf is adjustable 2) to open bottom bin you must reach all way to bottom of the bin & open the frig door fully.

The 27 cu ft. provides ample storage for a side by side design. It maintains its temperature even after a hefty trip to the grocery store. The lighting is more than adequate and I like the soft on feature when the doors are opened. I highly recommend this fridge, especially when Best Buy has it on sale.

It dosen't have as many features as the previous fridge nor the quality we would expect from LG products. It will do as no domestic or Samsung box has the quality as in this unit at this price point.

We are very happy with its space but it does not regulate the cold levels in the drawer area. If I had the opportunity to put a small drawer on top for cheeses and other things in the refrigerator it would be a 10. But it is very good.
