So far I love it. It has so much more room than a side-by-side, which is what I replaced. HOWEVER, when purchasing this the salesman, and the deliveryman both told us that it has two icemakers, one in the bottom freezer, as well as in the top door. IT DOES NOT as we found out. When you purchase, if you are wanting a model with two icemakers it would be prudent for someone to squat down low and look underneath to see if there is an icemaker. I only found out AFTER it was delivered and waiting a couple of days for the bucket underneath to fill. When it did not, I got on my hands and knees to examine and found out that what the salesman and the deliveryman had told me was not true. This was not a dealbreaker for me, but it might be for you. BEST BUY needs to know their product better.

The agent who helped me on the phone was very professional and knowledgeable and made the process easy given that I had a complicated address to send the product to. Home delivery and installation makes life so much more convenient.

This refrigerator works great for us. I was concerned initially about the very small ice storage, but the unit comes with an ice drawer for the freezer, and the unit makes ice really quickly. The size of the freezer is nice - the only minor drawback is that some of the side storage in the refrigerator is smaller than we were used to. So far we really like it!

Great space and totally functional! The ice maker in the door opens up so much room inside the fridge for tall items. It’s fantastic! Thanks for the suggestion Scottie!

This fridge is a major upgrade to what we previously had. Once you get your phone connected to the fridge you can see the temperature and adjust accordingly. The inside has lots of room and so does the freezer portion. I also like how you can get water and ice from the door.

The fridge is fantastic and has a huge amount of room. The icemaker being in the door is great. The only complaint I have is that 'install to existing or no water' doesn't mean they install the water line. I'm not sure if it was my poor understanding, or the way it was written.

As a single person I like this fridge. It has plenty of room for me, and probably one extra person. The 2 issues I do have are: the ice maker is pretty small and the ice clumps up occasionally so I have to dump it all; the main fridge shelves are close together so any milk or drinks that tall must go in the door which limits how much you can have in the fridge

We love this refrigerator. It's very big and will more than meet our needs for 2 people, including the freezer. Definitely a 5 star appliance. Also, the movers were great and very careful. The plumber who hooked up the water was great too. All round good experience.

I like the freezer, lots of apace for bulky items if the need arises, and the shelves in the fridges are adjustable on both sides so you can really customize the layout and play with it. Fridge beeps at you when the door is left open, which is handy with children. Sometimes the fridge doesnt want to shut though.

The refrigerator is visually beautiful, and worked like a charm from the start right after set up by the wonderful Best Buy team. My one drawback is there is not a way to arrange the shelving to accommodate for larger items like a wine bottle, etc. so I had to remove one side of the shelving just to accommodate.

I absolutely love this fridge. It has a large capacity (which is really needed with 2 teenagers in the house). The black finish gives it a very modern look. There’s nothing bad to say about this fridge. I highly recommend it.

Great purchase. Amazing how much space there is and love the quality of the ice. After owning Samsungs that ice dispensers always went out, this has been great so far.

We were looking to replace our 20 year old standard fridge / freezer with a French door, bottom freezer fridge. This one checked all the boxes and so far we have been very happy with the purchase. The ice cubes are on the smaller side, which we like because you can get them into your RTIC or Yeti cups without issues and water bottles with smaller diameter openings where you couldn’t get a standard size cube in. The front opening for the water dispenser fits a 32 oz cup as well without having to tilt it, which is very convenient!

Very happy with this refrigerator. It looks beautiful, runs quietly, and keeps everything cold and fresh. The layout inside is very convenient, and the water/ice dispenser works perfectly. A great addition to our kitchen!

This fridge has everything I was looking for. Plenty of storage and ice and water through the door.

No inverted triangular holder on interior of freezer door. Like the taller area for filling water containers. Spring loaded door a bit of a nuisance .
