Wanted a french door stainless and so far so good. We love the french doors and being able to put wide plates and things easily into it. We also use the slide back shelf inside a lot to make room for gallon containers and tall things. The left door does tend to slam a little because of the added weight of the ice maker. But once everyone knew not to let it go it's been fine. And we much prefer the added space inside the frig versus the models where the ice maker was on the inside left. The other thing that made us purchase this model was the double drawer freezer. We love this. Our freezer before was a big hole where everything was piled in and a pain to get to the bottom items. With the two drawers we now easily sort items and have a designated ice cream drawer :)

Overall nice use of size, durable, solid and looks good. I do wish we had bought one with a second ice maker. It doesn't make enough to keep up with our family of 5 and all the activities during the week.

Love the extra room this refrigerator provides. Really enjoying the two drawer freezer.

This has tons of refrigerator space. We upgraded from a side by side to this so there's been an adjustment period getting used to the freezer drawers, I'm definitely liking that there are 2 freezer drawers rather than 1, we're loving this new refrigerator.

it pretty nice has lots of drawer space and the freezer space is bigger than our previous refrigerator, only complaint is a the middle door divider thing doesn’t want to slide in it’s channel when closing the left door all the time we have to close the door very slowly for it to actuate

This LG 4-Door does exactly as intended. It maintains a constant 37 degree temperature in the refrigerator section, and 0 degrees in the freezers. Ice maker preforms well. Plenty of room. Definitely recommend this product.

I’m not happy about it…two handles already fell off.i tried to contact LG for replacements which should be free. I called and got nowhere. I need the correct number for LG. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. I feel very frustrated. I’ve always likes LG products but now I would hesitate to buy another LG product.

Love everything about the fridge except ice maker is small, but this gives more space in the refrigerator. We just make a habit of dumping the extra ice into the bin in top drawer of freezer to save extra ice.

This LG model is fantastic. The design and layout of the interior of the refrigerator and freezer maximize storage space. The double-drawer freezer helps me keep frozen foods organized and they do not get crushed. The ice maker is unbelievably slim. Next to no refrigerator or freezer space is lost because of the unique design of the icemaker. I would recommend anyone to buy this LG refrigerator model.

Great quality. It has everything we were looking for. The ice and water spout on the outside is funcional and good looking. The service provided with the installation and removal of our old refrigerator was Painless and fast. This experience was a stress free, thanks to the in store help from the Best Buy employees. Overall this is a great product with more storage than we could have hoped for.

I love the double drawers at the bottom and all of the storage in the fridge. One thing I especially was looking for was print proof finish. This has not disappointed. The only thing I was disappointed with was the size of the ice maker bin in the door. I know you can empty it into the bottom bin and it seems that all fridges these days are small. I had a Frigidaire that made ice like crazy. It had the largest bin I had ever seen. But it was 17 years old and we decided to replace it during the Black Friday sale before it died suddenly. We actually bought all new kitchen appliances that day. All LG. Happy so far.

I ordered this refrigerator in Feb of '25. It was delivered and the water dispenser would not work. The delivery guy called in for a repair. Before they'll send out a repairman, they first have to send new installers to make sure it's been installed correctly. Visit #2 with installers - they tell me it was installed fine and but my water pressure is low and that I need a plumber. Called a plumber, paid $150 for house visit, and my water pressure is fine. By this time we've already realized the ice dispenser is working, still not water. They schedule with Geek Squad for repair. Visit #3 - they can't figure out what's wrong and recommend a new refrigerator. A week later (after I've pulled out all the food and dragged it to the now garage refrigerator), I receive a second new refrigerator - Visit #4. Yet another interruption to my work day and another day with strangers in my home--albeit kind strangers. They install the new fridge and, guess what? The water dispenser doesn't work. Then, would you believe I have to go through the same process? Visit #5 - a big fat waste of time as they send a new group of installers to confirm that it was installed correction (it was), then Visit #6 - a new Geek Squad repair guy. We're talking 5-7 days between each of these visits. #6 Geek Squad guy can't figure it out, so he calls LG and lo and behold there's a KNOWN issue with the control panel for this water dispenser. This ONE call could have saved me a month in headaches! #6 guy orders the part and a week later Visit #7, repair guy has it fixed in 5 minutes. I spent $150 for a plumber, $30 for a Brita to use in the meantime, and over the course of a month had 7 Best Buy visits for a KNOWN issue. Honestly, I was thinking the whole time, it's just one of those things and no ones fault, but that was the final straw. I called Best Buy and request a discount on my appliance for all the time and money I was out during this whole mess. I won't get into the details, but they offered me an amount that did not seemed fair. I gave them my minimum and they said it was too high for their department, but if I went to the store directly they would take that amount off the price that I owed (purchased on BB credit and was waiting to have it resolved before I paid it off). Having that gut feeling that it was too good to be true, I asked the agent, "Am I going to have to tell this whole drawn-out story again and try to convince them, or are you telling me that it will be there in the notes and all they have to do is pull it up and then issue the discount?" She told me yes, it would be in the notes, the exact amount. I drove 30 minutes to my nearest store, no notes in my account. No mention of the discount I was promised. Complete waste of time. I just called them again today, they have the notes and I've requested they listen to the phone call. I now have to wait 5-7 days for them to decide if they're going to approve my discount or not. What a nightmare. At least the water dispenser is now working. I'm always skeptical when an original part has to be replaced though so keeping my fingers cross that it doesn't flake out on me. We drink a lot of water in our house and wanted to stop buying bottled, so this was the main reason we chose to buy a new fridge in the first place.

Love my LG Refrigerator. The shelves are 19 inches deep allowing me to have more room to put larger items in the refrigerator. The drawers inside the refrigerator are nice and deep and actually hold more food that my old refrigerator. I love the two drawer freezer. The top drawer has a basket to hold extra ice and I have specific things in that drawer. The bottom freezer is larger. My only wish is that it made round ice. The water dispenser is great. You can put a 32 ounce Yeti under the water spout and get your ice and water without getting ice on the floor.

Our previous(well known branded) refrigerator used to stop getting cold every 3-4 months. I was tired of getting it fixed. When I discussed this issue with Best Buy sales person, they advised me to buy this mode with assurance that it will not have my previous issue. I hope this will work good for us. This has lot of storage compare to my previous refrigerator. Till date I have not run out of storage space.

Love the space, love the outside availability to water and ice. Great deal especially with children!!!

This is our second one of the same. It is very roomy inside. Works great.

Really like how big it is. The only thing we have found so far that we don't like is that there is no light that you can leave on by the ice/water dispenser and when getting cubed ice it tends to spit ice slivers also which ends up making a mess. Other than that it's been a good buy.

I love the ice maker on the door side . Extra tray in freezer to dump ice. Love the freezer doors on bottom. The dividers slid for adjustment. The shelves can be adjusted . The second shelve you can slide the right side in for more tall items if needed . Love the shelves in the doors. Especially right side holds a gallon of milk or ice tea to be able to grab easily . The stainless steel is great for not showing finger prints . I like that it sits up from the floor for easy sweeping. So much more I could add to why this is a great refrigerator. So glad I got this LE refrigerator.

This fridge is perfect. Has lots of storage and looks nice. The ice maker works really well too. Easier to clean and doesn't show marks as much as I thought it would.

Love the LG refrigerator. Nice looking, works well and its big enough for my family needs.
