Purchased for my kitchen. TV has excellent picture even in bright room. More inputs and smart features than other TVs of same size and price.

Likes: I like the size & sound is surprisingly decent. You can attach via bluetooth, speaker/s, soundbar. Dislikes: You need to download & print manual (or just download the manual plus warranty info & store on a tablet/phone) Computer generated voice talks you through setup, but it's off speed (speaks annoyingly fast). This can be adjusted, but you won't know how to do that till later when going through the settings. Which there are many, & cumbersome to find & go through. Also, if you stay too long on main home screen after turning on TV, the LG channels viewing option comes on automatically. Again you can turn this off, but you need to dig through the settings to find it. The remote unfortunately has a delay when you use it. You will initially think it is malfunctioning or has dead batteries. But seconds later after pressing a button on the remote while in settings, the screen will respond. This lag is the most annoying thing with the TV. Once you have adjusted picture & sound to your taste-it works fine. The cumbersome setup, lack of manual, annoying AI voice, and laggy remote while going through settings are the shortcomings. The remote works normally with volume and channel changing-lag only occurs with using settings. I would like more TV manufacturers to make models in this size for greater choice. I recommend this TV only for the convenient size. You will need to be patient & relatively comfortable with tech to get this initially operating. You will need smartphone to register device. Also, to activate the various app accounts you have currently like DirecTV, Hulu, HBOMax, Netflix, ESPN, Disney, etc. If you already have a set box (like Gemini) you plan on keeping—you can connect it to one of the HDMI ports to avoid the hassle of reinstalling app subscriptions & activating on this set. Also, when setting up the TV. Avoid agreeing to all the various Terms of Use that pop up. Take the time to read carefully what each parameter says. This will help protect your privacy. Some of the parameters will need to be on in order for the TV to function, but not all. Also, this TV comes with ordinary LG remote, not LG AI Magic remote. You might be confused by the manual & the actual TV when it references the AI remote, because it is not included with this set.

I ordered this tv on line. It came in two days. Its a nice tv,picture is sharp and clear. Its a nice size,i am not a lover of these huge tvs. This is just right for my bedroom.

Very pleased with the quality of the picture and actually surprised by how good it sounded (still want a sound bar for more bass, but it sounded good with just the TV speakers). Unusually hard to set up though. Could benefit from an actual owner's manual with directions. All it had was a pictogram on how to attach the base.

I purchased this television based on past positive experiences with this company, I had to order the television since there were none in stock. Best Buy was amazing as usual in placing the order. The television came when expected but when I prepared to set it up, I discovered that there were no directions for attaching the stand, I contacted the company and they informed me that there were no such directions and I should contract with Best Buy to have them set it up. Fortunately, the Geek Squad came to the rescue and sent me a link for an on-line site for set up. Having said sell of that, once I could get the television in an upright position, set up was easy and quick. The color is excellent and I would purchase the same television again now that I am aware of an on-line assembly site available. I just wouldn’t depend on LG for support.

Great picture & size for kitchen counter and also rv camping!! Manufacturer needs to provide better usage instructions on operation for those of us not tech savvy.

This Small T.V. is the Only Size that fits in my armoire. It gives Big Screen Features in a Compact Size. I think L.G. did a Phenomenal Job with this Amazing Television.

Once you master all of the settings to force it to stay on television mode, it still takes almost a minute for the TV to boot up each time. In fact after you press the power button, it’s hard to tell if it worked because it takes so long to actually show anything on the screen. But the picture is good.

Picture quality is excellent as is the built in audio.Perfect for a kitchen tv.

Nice looking, good sound-No instructions and at a loss to maneuver the remote. Other than the on-off button and sound, do not know what the others do. I would recommend it if it had instructions!
