This is a great 27" TV. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find TVs that are suitable for small spaces. This LG fit's well in my kitchen and allows streaming through Xfinity and MLB. What I'm very disappointed in it Best Buy's "Open box - excellent" category. My purchase was supposed to be in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear or use and include all original parts, accessories, and packaging. The item that was delivered included a screen and 2 legs; no remote, no power cord, no manual, etc. When I contacted Best Buy customer support for a replacement, I was informed that I would need to ship my item back, Best Buy would inspect it and after that, I would be shipped a replacement. Estimated as a 2-week process. Nope, I returned this and ordered one elsewhere and had it in 2 days.

I use this TV for my kitchen. Perfect size. Edge to edge screen. Many functions ;not a low end TV.

PROS: Matte screen. No reflection. Great picture. Good TV size for my kitchen counter. Has 1080p, and upgrades well with HD cable. CONS: Audio is fair, at best. In fact, there are times when I can't stand listening to certain programs. Has a "tin-like" and scratchy echo to it. Certain stations are better than others. Bose sound bar doesn't make it sound much better. I've tried all of the audio options available and can't hear anything great out of any of them. It's tolerable, at best. The remote is unimpressive. Luckily, I don't use it. I programmed my cable remote to the TV. I'm keeping it, but would recommend with reservations for the poor audio.

I purchased two of these TV’s for our RV, and they are the perfect size for where they were placed inside. The tv picture does come in nicely, and it’s a nice viewing experience.

Hard to find a tv this size. Its either 24" or 32". Picture is good enough. Sound could be better . Remote is to crowded and easy to hit a button that will open a app when you are trying to do something else. Was a open box . First open box had no sound at all. This is the second .Was returned previous owner left his email account info so i emailed him and asked him why he returned it. It was because the Spectrum app didn't work on it. Glad I got it at a discount its a little pricy at 199.99 for a 27 inch.

Was looking for a tv that could be mounted by the kitchen. This was a perfect fit. Easy installation & set up. Price was great, picture and sound perfect. Highly recommend for sure.

Great small smart TV - picture and sound is awesome right out of the box. Needed to add a TV upstairs and this fit the cabinet space perfectly - using Wi-Fi and streaming exclusively so only needed an outlet. Most manufacturers don't make TV's this small (monitors yes, TV's no) so not a lot to choose from, but would recommend this for anyone needing something small. Screen has plenty of brightness even in a room with lots of daylight. Plus it's inexpensive - $200 + tax. Great value!

Really a great TV. Wanted to use this as a TV and a PC monitor, but decided to use as a TV instaed. Has great color, easy to set up and very lite weight. Able to use a Roku stick and also connects through wireless connection to stations on Apps in TV.

Easy setup, perfect picture. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of a clunky remote and difficulty brightening the image.

Perfect size for a bedroom where wall mount not feasible. It is not 4K but picture excellent for HD. Crisp video and sound without having to use a sound bar; which I could for enhancement. Easy to setup. Has many stream channels and easy to add more. Very happy.

We bought this for use in our travel trailer. We wanted a smart tv for the trailer since some of the campgrounds we go to don't have cable. With this one we can save movies on a HDD and watch them through the USB port. If we stay at a campground with cable, the television will automatically pick up the available channels. The best part is, we can also connect it to Wi-Fi and watch things such as Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. Why is this important when camping? Hey, even after a long day of having fun, it's nice to sit back and relax to a good movie. WebOS is functional. It isn't as fast as a Roku TV, but it does offer more web enabled features than a Roku. I don't own a FireTV so I can't compare it. This has a VESA mount so we were able to wall mount it in the trailer. The picture is fantastic. It is full HD with LED backlighting. It isn't 4K or HDR, but on something this small, those aren't really needed. The sound is decent for use in a small room. I wouldn't put it up there with the best sound bars available, but it doesn't have tinny speakers that grate on your ears either.

Very happy with our 27-in LG. It provides a nice, crisp picture, it's easy to program, and it was surprisingly inexpensive. The perfect size for our little 10' by 10' guest room. HOWEVER, don't expect much when it comes to audio. No matter what setting you choose, the speakers are thin-sounding. Prepare to purchase a sound bar or some kind of bluetooth external speaker to beef up the sound quality. We use our Bowes Soundlink Revolve+ II to beef up the sound whenever family comes to visit.

Color is great. The price was even better for the television. Easy to use. All my streaming channels were available immediately.

Perfect size for bedroom. Easy setup and crystal clear picture. Performing as excellent as do all my LG TVs. Wonderful buying experience ordering online and easy pickup.

This TV is placed on my kitchen table so my wife and I can watch youtube and more while eating. The matte screen is the main selling point for me just so I can watch videos without screen reflections. I have LG G3 and C3 so I know what looks good. The image quality and audio leave a lot to be desired. I have seperate 2.1 speakers through HDMI ARC so I can turn on and off both devices with one remote. if an OLED tv with this level of anti reflection comes out, I will buy it in a heartbeat.

For a small TV the picture is great. Has all the main streaming apps available for it. The only issues with it is sometimes the streaming apps lag and I wished the remote could light up. Other than that its been a good TV.
