I am so very excited about my new LG TV. I feel like I am at the movie theatre. The pictures are so bright and colorful. I have never had an experience like this before. I will always buy the LG Smart TV in the future. Thank you Best Buy for this excellent experience.

Replacing a tv in the made for vintage television cabinet. This is the largest size that would fit, as most flat screen brands jump from 24" to 32". Also, it is much smarter than the last LG purchased years ago. But since it is the kitchen, the highest sound setting cannot compete with the dishwasher, or the range vent on

Excellent picture and setup out of the box. It just works with no hassles. But for those with no prior experience with a smart TV it might not be the best choice because the instructions are sparse. I went to the LG site and found that the instructions online were just a pdf of the printed instructions on the box. So if you have to fiddle the setup, you are on your own (on maybe call the Geek Squad). The sound, as one would expect with a TV this size, is tinny and hollow sounding. A cheap soundbar with HDMI ARC input fixed it for me (the ARC connection allows the TV to control the volume so that you don't have to use the sound bar remote for that). FWIW, I plugged in the HDMI cable into to the ARC input and it just worked! One last thing: my wife has a beef with LG because they don't have a PBS app! But she makes do with AirPlay.

Great picture with all the smart features I wanted, delivery was quick and was packaged really well.

We have used this for under one month, so can't address reliability further. Installation was straightforward, and picture/audio quality are just fine. NB: We got this TV, in part, because it has an ethernet connection (thus avoiding WiFi interference from the microwave oven in our kitchen).

I was restricted by size needed for bedroom. Picture quality is very good. However the sound can appear at higher levels a little tinny. I keep it at 12 and is fine. A sound bar should be considered if louder needed. Brightness is good for a dark room.

I bought this to replace an older non working television in a beach condo for a friend. It is perfect because of the placement was limited to a smaller television. But having a smart television in a beach rental is almost mandatory anymore. Renters can log into their own streaming services while they are there and log out before they leave, so the next renters can do the same. The picture is Fantastic as well. It was fast to set up for users.

The quality and sound on this TV was superior compared to other TVs that I looked at. I also picked up more than twice the channels using the same antenna I used for the TV I replaced it for

Set up was easy. Picture is good. As some other reviewers have mentioned, the remote is very busy with lots of buttons and not as intuitive as some. Still it works fine and I'm pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to others needing a 27" size.

Great color, picture, and price for this this size television.

Can't complain. Rare size, good quality. Fits my needs in a kitchen area. Has plenty of features I don't use. I use an external device for streaming, although the LG smart interface can do that for you too. PSA: Don't buy Fire TVs, please. They are designed to steal as much data about you as possible, run poorly because of all the bloatware/ads and have horrible user interface. Not to mention Amazon works with some of the cheapest TV manufacturers so they break quicker.

I bought this for my camper. It fits in just about perfectly where the manufacturer intended it. It's easy to set up and get connected to the 'net. Great little TV at a great price. Sound quality is ok from a little TV. It actually sounds better than I thought it would!

Nice TV if you only have a small space. Picture is great and WEB OS interface is the same as on other more expensive LG TVs. If you need a big sound you'll have to get a soundbar since tv speakers are not gonna fill a room.

Perfect small TV for breakfast room with excellent full HD picture. Easy set up and easy to use on screen selections once we got all the apps working. Replaced a 24 with a 27 inch screen.

This small 27" smart tv has a clear picture and exceptional color for the price and quality. If you need an unusual sized tv, this may do the job. Very satisfied!

I've had this TV for a little over one month. It fits in nicely in my small area with sufficient volume to be heard in the space. I did wall mount to better use my space since the included stand legs are very short. So far, I have not used any of the streaming features.

I bought this TV to replace an Insignia that did not hold up even 3 years. It is for the kitchen thus the size is perfect. The TV has good features, clear picture. The built-in the WebOS though works fine has limitations. I subscribe to Fubo-TV which was preinstalled but the menus were limited to non existent on while using the app on WebOS. Side by side, when I access Fubo-TV through my Roku stick, I get menus and option that I don't get through WebOS. I contacted Fubo TV and was apprised that WebOS does not offer the full range of functionality that Roku does. So I hooked the Roku back in to the TV. Effectively not using the WebOS. This apart I am happy with the performance of the TV but I am using this TV for only 3 weeks only. Can't say what will happen going forward.

Great tv for our bedroom - perfect size. Picture is crystal clear! Setup took a bit, but once signed in, downloading/installing the apps went fast.
