Does great for the office clear video and can add mutpile without leaving desk cluttered

For my home office, I needed a new monitor for my desktop computer. I didn’t want to spend too much on one either. I looked at a few at Best Buy and decided on the LG U41YA-B. The LG was a 27” monitor with 4k and HDR10 as a bonus on an affordable display. The screen provides a very appealing picture when working on documents and surfing the web. As far as watching videos, the picture can be a bit dark even after adjusting the brightness. The response is good for this price point but not fast paced gaming. Basic gaming is fine and looks good enough. Setting up the monitor is very straightforward. A bracket comes down from the bottom-center of the monitor and attaches to a pedestal base. The stand doesn’t take up much room and is sturdy enough to hold the monitor securely. The monitor itself is made of plastic and is very lightweight. This is a minimalist monitor when it comes to inputs. There is one HDMI input, an RGB input and a headphones jack and that’s it. To power the LG on and change the settings, there is a small joystick type of button at the bottom center of the monitor. It is a bit finicky to use. All in all the LG is a good basic 4k monitor for general home office use and that is exactly how I am using it. I would recommend it to anyone in need of a home office monitor for a reasonable price.

great price and amazing performance amazing size too

I'm pleasantly surprised with quality of this monitor. I've never had an LG screen of any sort, but it was brought to my attention by the best buy employee who was helping me with my screen shopping. It was on sale which was even better. But the resolution is beautiful, high refresh rate, and I love the thin border around the screen.

Bought this LG monitor specifically for my PS5, and it is the perfect match. Because it has HDMI 2.1, I can run 4K at 120Hz on Call of Duty and Spider-Man without any compromise in image quality. The Nano IPS panel has fantastic, vibrant colors right out of the box. VRR works flawlessly, and I haven't noticed any tearing or input lag. The 27-inch size is perfect for desktop gaming. It's a premium price, but if you want to push the PS5 to its limits, this is it

The monitor was in excellent condition and works well. My only complaint is that the power cord was missing, but I was able to order one elsewhere. Even with this additional expense, it was a good deal and the monitor works well.

I bought this as a work-from-home aid and it’s been very good. Nice picture, good resolution and the speakers are a nice benefit.

Very reasonably priced for a quality product! One drawback is the lack of easy to follow instructions for fine tuning and control. Also, their website makes it difficult to get exact model instructions, but the quality seems very good and it works as advertised.

For its price the monitor is very good. It is definitely worthwhile for work and reading emails. I would recommend this as a no frills monitor for daily use. Although it is not ideal for gaming or extensive 3d modeling, it is a great choice for someone who wants a large display, or a decent sized additional display. A big selling point for me is that the monitor's stand is not an add on and is attached, so if you want to an affordable monitor to mount on a pivoting stand for convenience, this will be a good monitor for you.

This monitor does everything I need and it was a very good price. I am not a hard core gamer or graphic artist, just a regular average computer user. It was easy to install, I didn't need to change any of the settings. Why pay more for things you don't need?

Great monitor. Looks good and works well. The size is perfect for having multiple windows open at the same time. I like being able to connect my laptop to do work.
