I forgot to purchase it with my washer and dryer and the sales team made it easy. The quality is great and the functionality was just what I needed and expected.

I should have been sold a riser not a pedestal. As a result my all in one shakes and leaks when it spins. I have reached out several times but no one has returned my calls. Last I heard the riser was not available but no further contact with Best Buy. I have found a riser online and will be returning the pedestal.

They are expensive for what they are, which is just a metal frame with a plastic drawer. If you want pedestals this is your only option but they are $$ and a pain to set up.
