Mixed feelings about this Monitor. The color is great and responded well to calibration. It is a nice size and fits my desk well. This is also the most temperamental monitor I have ever owned. It took me five days to get a picture to show consistently. I tried six different cables, plus an adaptor. Most of the time the monitor wouldn't come on, but occasionally it would. This performance was consistent across 1 Mac, a PC laptop, and a PC Desktop. After I finally got it working, now whenever the power goes out, the monitor goes out. To get it working again, I have to unplug it from everything, wait five minutes, and then plug everything back in (power cords, USB-C - Displayport cable). But the color is really nice, and it now works like 90% of the time.

I had previously purchased another model of LG monitor for my office, the UL650W, and discovered that this model, the 27UL600, is basically the same exact monitor but with a simpler stand, for less money. Since I wasn't planning on using the stand anyways (I have a VESA mount) this one was a no-brainer. No dead pixels, very happy with my purchase.

Best 4k monitor on the market. I bought this monitor about a year ago, it is fantastic. I love the crispy colors and the brightness. I am a professional photographer and It's my must have editing tool. I can see the images in high resolution with a perfect color accuracy. I recommend this product if it's in your budget.

I don't see any con, it is working as expected and has a very good image resolution . I have mine working at 60 Hz because of the guarantee although it may be overclocked to 110 Hz refresh rate with Nvidia Control Panel and HDR and FreeSync work great with my game and I love the joystick system for the settings. From now on I am a big fan of LG.

This is the second LG monitor I've owned. The first one didn't have HDR. Excellent picture quality on this one. A bigger one would not have fit my space. I use it to watch Blu-rays (4k's when I can afford them) Works great with my Panasonic 4k Blu-Ray player. Eventually will use previous one for my computer even though it'll (computer) will only do 1080p

I really had no expectations except I wanted a 4k screen. I am so far impressed with this screen. Adjustments are pretty straightforward. Thw color, definition and clarity is amazing. As a Photogrpher and Videographer this screen works seamlessly. I also game from time to time and have no issues with it at all.

The monitor works well and presents everything in 4k. A few items of note: - 2 HDMI ports - there is no remote, and the power button is the only button on the product. It does go side to side to control the screen. - speaker does not have built in speakers.

Great monitor for watching movies or media contents. The 4K resolution is so sharp and the contrast ratio is just perfect. It is very bright and the colors are nice and vibrant for what I do. Only negative is that the stand is a little wobbly if your table is not stable enough and it will shake a bit.

Awesome monitor for the price. I didn't mind it only 60Hz. My only gripe is the weird compatibility issue with Chromecast with Google TV. Where it screws up the HDMI security handshake with the HDR. I've gotta turn HDR off then back on again to get it to work right. Outside of that, great picture, easy to use, and I'm glad that I bought it.

After weeks agonizing over the variety of models available, I decided I just needed a simple 4K screen. The stand is not adjustable, it doesn't have USB-C. But it looks great and being a newer model supports 4K @ 60Hz over HDMI. The menu button is pretty easy to use. Input select is one of the first options you see, which is nice.

I'm writing this review on the LG monitor. It's a very crisp display, connected to my MacBook Pro without any problems. It did take a moment to figure out the only button on the thing is actually a mini-joystick to control the options. I'm running at the default resolution and it looks great.

I needed a 4k display to pair with my mac mini. This not only did the job, but provided an extremely crisp and bright display. The HDR settings are a joke and should not be activated as colors get distorted heavily. A slight calibration were necessary, but the results were amazing and did help with my Adobe workflow.
I've been using this monitor for about 7 months and it's working great. The setup was simple and the picture on the monitor is very nice. I had been using a 17" laptop screen up until I bought this monitor, and the difference is night and day.

Really easy to set up and with the right cable (HDMI to USB C) Mac connectivity was quick and easy. Only giving a 4 for value because it wasn't a cheap monitor - there are lots of 27" monitors less expensive and for the price, should really have a few more connectors (USB) The matte display is really nice.

Sold my Samsung for this LG and very happy with my decision. I love samsung dont get me wrong but the LG is smoother and easier on the eyes. Works perfectly with my MacBook Pro. I am running two LG 49" WideScreens and this LG 27" with no problems what so ever since November.

Purchased this LG monitor for my home office for 1) the ability to connect to both my Mac and Windows PC; 2) the stunning picture quality; 3) the reputation of LG; and 4) the price. I would highly recommend this monitor for everyone from the gamer to the home office worker and everyone in between.

As I have no means of testing the technical performance of this monitor, I will simply say it comes with the proper cables, linked immediately to my system, and provides a crisp, clear picture. I have no need for the tilt and pivot mechanism of the spendier screen, and am very happy with the unit.

The absolute clarity and brilliance in the colors of the screen is amazing. I used the same picture for the background as was on my old monitor. The difference floors me. This screen is the difference. You will not be disappointed. Set up no problem and on button much easier to use.

This is the 3rd one of these monitors that I now use for my work. It is a very good 4K monitor especially for the price. I use it with both MacBook Pros and Windows laptops using DisplayPort and it works great. The biggest disappointment is the HDR mode on them is pretty awful. HDR looks washed out and it's pretty much unusable for me. That doesn't really bother me though as they are very bright and the display looks fantastic running in 4K resolution. I don't use them for gaming so I can't say whether they would work well or not for games. The only other quibble that I have is that I really don't like how they will turn off so quickly when they don't a good signal(or any signal) from the HDMI or DisplayPort on the computer. It's annoying to troubleshoot when the monitor keeps going off, but since I rarely have issues with hookups to my computers, I don't consider it to be a problem. Overall, I've been very pleased with this monitor and I highly recommend it for purchase.
