Turned off narrator by watching utube. That was the only thing we didn’t like. It told you when you turned the tv in/off or turned volume up or down. Easy set up. Great value

The TV was very good quality, picture was very bright and clear, It is perfect for a small space. We tryed it in our camper ,but it was a little small to see from front camper . But it worked great inour bedroom at home. Would recommend to anyone.

Needed a smaller TV for my guest room...this was the one I selected and am so happy with it! Perfect size, picture...easy to set up and looks great, i picked it up (Curbside) within an hour of ordering It online...was so easy! Best curbside service I have used anywhere!

The old TV in my travel trailer was one of those HEAVY ones. It broke the shelf it sits on. This new LG replacement weighs like 7 pounds, has beautiful visual and all the adapter ports I needed to hook up the DVD player. Can't believe how nice and clear the picture is.

Long story short this is a replacement for a 26" Vizio TV in our kitchen. the old TV will not pull in a bunch of Over The Air channels the tunner is not strong enough, this fit the same TV wal mount as the Vizio TV hooked it up in about 2 minutes and did a channel search picked up the missing channels that the Vizio would not. picture quality is quite good the sound is the only reason I did not give the 5 stars. It's in a rather large room and the sound is "tinny" I did play with the Bass and made it a bit better not great. all and all for under $150.00 your not going to find a better TV for the price point. This was my first ever LG tv purchase.

Great picture, features and value! 24" was gonna be too small and 32" too big. Bought this 28" unit for wall mount over my desk area. Has all the inputs and features of the big units. Very pleased with price point and performance.

Needed a small TV for small guest bedroom and this was the perfect size. Easy unpacking and picture was perfect right out of box! Basic TV—not a lot of bells and whistles, but sufficient for intended purpose and at a good price point. Would buy again and do recommend.

I will admit that I went into BestBuy with the hopes of purchasing a bigger name brand item. But, after much contemplation and looking at the demo, I decided on purchasing the LG for our office use. Once we got back to the office, it was a breeze to set up and install the television! We had gone back and forth on ordering a sound bar for the television but decided we'd wait to see if this one worked out first or not. Well, being that we placed it into a bookshelf, the sound quality was amazing!! No sound bar needed at all. And the picture quality is wonderfully clear and sharp. I would highly recommend this television to anyone for any use.

I'm not happy with the legs on the tv, I cannot get them tight enough. Also I don't like the announcements when the tv comes on and I don't know how to turn it off. The Picture is perfect. Overall a good tv for the price.

I purchased the LG 28” TV a few weeks ago to replace a 19 year old 13” TV (sad to see it go). Anyway, I knew pretty much that finding a smaller size set could be a challenge but I found the LG set at a nice price. The directions provided to set up the TV were clear however I had issues screwing the legs on to the set due to the depth of the hole and the size of the screws. The audio assist is on by default which can be annoying but a search through the setup menu has an option to turn it off. I’ve been enjoying my new TV, the picture is great! Given this is a smaller set vs what else is available today the sound is okay (mono) so if that matters to you an additional speaker hookup is necessary.

Beautiful picture. Perfect for kitchen and fits beneath cabinet. Thought I wanted a 32", but would be too tall and would overwhelm my kitchen. We've always bought Samsung and Toshiba. Surprised at the wonderful colors and sharp picture. Very happy!

Bought this as a replacement for a smaller TV. We already have a 49' LG that we have had no problems with since purchased. That's why we bought another LG for it's quality and price even though this one isn't a smart TV. So far very pleased with it.

Size fits perfectly into my cabinet, color is beautiful. The sound could use some help. I almost have to turn it up full blast to hear it...not happy with that. If a few people were in the room and they were talking, you probably couldn't make out was said. I don't care for "the voice" speaking every channel that I turn to...and it (she) is EXTREMELY loud..much louder than the TV program itself, so I don't understand why the sound on the TV programs is so low and why the regular programming can't get as loud as "the voice".

We love our new TV! It fits perfectly on the dresser in our Master Bedroom. The picture is very clear & the colors are good. We have a DVD player & used it last night. Fairly easy to navigate with the TV.

Great TV for smaller spaces. The picture and the sound are amazing for a small TV. The TV rivals the sound and picture of our larger screen TVS. Love the ease of use and of course the fact that it is an LG makes it even better!

My dad's TV in the sun room had quit and we were looking for something that would fit his entertainment center. The LG fit the bill perfectly and was delivered 2 days ahead of schedule. Easy set and up and has been working fine since we got it.

I needed 6 of these for a specific display group with video picture frame players, and they had to be 28 inches. I didn't even know these still existed! Fantastic, easy setup, great picture.

Cute little tv. Perfect for my office. Love that the screen goes all the way to the edge. I assumed every tv comes with Netflix, roku or something built in. But I was proven wrong. You have to use a fire stick or roku if you want to stream anything.

I bought this to finally replace an old tube TV that was in my parent's kitchen. Super easy set up once you figured out that the buttons on the remote didn't match the buttons called for in the set up dialogue boxes - silly, but true. The auto voice that tells you what parameter you just changed is WAY TOO LOUD and there's no way to adjust that particular volume. Otherwise, nice TV. 28" looks bigger than it actually is - everyone thinks it's a 32" set. Good picture and good sound. Minimal controls on the actual TV set, so DON'T LOSE THE REMOTE!!!

Turn the tv on it replies power on same thing power off. I know when the power is on or off. Sleep timer when ready to shut off it lets you know that it is going to power off shut down. When I use the sleep timer I want it to shut the tv off without waking me up to tell me so. When using volume control it mutes the volume on tv missing some of the conversation. No brains on the part of the person who designed that remote. If I knew it was going to be like that I would have never bought the tv. Otherwise I like quality of the picture.
