Was assured LG serviced my area. When I need services, sorry no services in your area. Still waiting to find out what to do. Craft ice doesn't work good, took 3 days to get cold and have to set it on the lowest setting 34 degrees to keep the refrig some what cool Milk spoils in the door compartment not enough cold air. Go back to GE. Miss mine
