Absolutely the worst experience ever. After spending almost $9,000 on appliances, the fridge was delivered damaged.
6hrs on hold/call/hang-ups and recalling I had to pay additional $800 for the only comparable fridge available. But delivery was a month out.
Then I get an additional $1,500 charge on my card. So...another multiple hour hold/call/hang-ups and recalling to have that removed/corrected.
Will never buy on-line from Best Buy again.

Bad experience - cooling system

Two months after the 1 year warranty expired, the refrigerator stopped cooling properly. 2 months and a $1,500 repair bill later (the entire cooling system had to be replaced and LG only covered parts) it worked for about a year. Then it went down again with the same problem. Ready to throw it in the trash - the unit may look nice but LG cannot get the basic function right. I have a 20 year old refrigerator in my garage that still cools better than this technological marvel ever did.
