We've had our Refrigerator for over three months and it is amazing. The French doors provide much needed space for large trays or pans. Ample storage with deep shelves. We use the slim drawer for drinks and it is great for entertaining. The only draw back is the amount of ice production. Our solution was to store an ice bucket in the freezer drawer and fill it before a gathering.

Love the black stainless color. There is plenty of room to store everything our family needs and more. Easy access.

Item is amazing. I gave 4 stars because I don't like not having enough room in the actual frig section to place more large items, such as milk, tall lemon juice...things I don't have enough room for in the door. The other issue we've had is if we don't have the water purifier in the door, water will leak through the door. With the water purifier, the water is GREAT!!!! The spout where water is retrieved sucks! I don't know what they were thinking when they engineered it. It's too difficult to get a cup under for water. The sun, moon, and stars must line up with the slant of your cup .....if you have kids, they are going to make a mess until they figure it out! I use the middle drawer for meat items for kids, bacon, that type thing. The only thing kept in the freezer is frozen fruit and breads. Major freezer items are in our stand-up freezer.

On a whim my husband and I decided it was probably time to replace our GE side-by-side which served its purpose flawlessly for nearly 15 years. Personally, I was hesitant to make the jump to a French door unit and more hesitant after realizing how computer operated new fridges are. After one week of having this fridge, I wish we would've done it sooner. The storage space in this fridge is insane!! I would give it more stars if I could.

Along with the great looks from the outside, everything in the inside is looks great and has space to actally store and keep food. I will never buy a "side by side" again! The ONLY drawback is the size of the ice compartment. Too small for heavy use from a family of 5, but workable.

I would like to consider myself an educated consumer and after weeks and weeks for searching this was the clear winner for us and Best Buy was the best place to purchase this item. We love the space this refrigerator provides us. Purchase and installation was smooth. Unfortunately I didn't get my best buy reward points for this purchase.

So I lucked out. Found this floor model with a dink here or there for an insane price. Like under $1800. Still with 10 year warranty, etc... and yes - it's amazing. Ice in the door? No problem. Quiet and works great. All the drawers? Great. Not one real complaint.

This refrigerator would be fantastic, if it was reliable! Unfortunately, after just 3 short year of ownership, the unit stopped cooling. We paid for a service tech to come out to diagnose the issue. The linear compressor is not working properly. Thankfully, somewhat, this is covered under warranty as part of the cooling system. Great... well not great because the labor (to the expense of over $300) is not! After a lot of back and forth and frustration with LG customer service, they rightfully stated they would pay for the repair. Very nice. Fast forward to less than a year later... SAME ISSUE! Paid once again for a tech to come out, to diagnose the issue wrong (that wasn't LG fault.. but after more frustration, the mis diagnoses, and replacement of other parts at our expense) Bad compressor AGAIN! LG took ownership, after many calls and many more frustration and a service tech came out to install another new linear compressor. Fast forward to a short 6 months later, and I am literally on hold with LG now (for over 30 minutes) to let them know that the compressor has gone out AGAIN! So, to summarize... -Purchased June 2015, cooled like a champ for 3 years, repair for new linear compressor.. one year later, stopped cooling, new linear compressor... 6 months later, same issue and having to go back to LG for another linear compressor repair. THIS IS NOT THE FRIDGE, COMPANY, or PROBLEM you want to deal with! Trust me!! It's not worth it!

Gorgeous Black Stainless looks like a Benz in the kitchen. Quiet, roomy, buy this box.

Couldn't be happier with our LG - Door-in-Door 29.9 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Stainless Steel. So spacious, super features, quality craftsmanship, plus the energy savings will be far beyond our old frig. Ice & Water dispenses easily. Ice maker keeps up nicely with our high ice usage. Excellent purchase.

The installation part is the most dissapointing part. The installers came & did nothing but went straight to see my water line underneath the kitchen sink. They called their office & told me they could not install my fridge because the water line did not have a shut off valve at the end of the line. They left despite my asking them to install saying they do not want any responsibility. I asked why i was not given any pre-notice about the requirements for the water line. The installers mentioned "Blame it on Best Buy". The installers came back after 4 days, this time the installers were very courteous and installed my fridge without any hassles...After i complained to the appliance manager. The fridge met all its requirements based on its spec sheet.

Love this refrigerator! It holds tons of stuff, keeps food fresh longer, and the water through the door is so handy - and filtered!! Huge plus since the water is awful here. The extra door for storing frequently used items is definitely a huge plus.

Best fridge I've ever owned! So silent. Spacious. Door in door provides very convenient access to juice,milk and creamer in the morning. Variety of temperature zones for different foods. Nice ice cubes and cold water thru the door with well hidden storage bin. Great fridge!

So far, I like everything about this product. The layout of the interior is exceptional. Well designed and space is easily accessible. The ice maker in the door is probably the smallest of all I reviewed. The easy access extra door on the right is very convenient. I also like the layout of the bottom freezer. Shelves and spacing are well thought out.

We purchased this refrigerator to replace a deluxe Samsung model RS263TDWP that we had for 4 or 5 years with nothing but trouble. Best features on the LG are the door that opens from inside and out for quick access to frequently accessed items, and the ice maker that is built into the door (doesn't take up space inside the refrigerator. Also the LG is great with easy to service filters, much easier than the Samsung.

We have had the refrigerator for a couple of months now. We just love it! We just use the door in door most of the time and don't have to open up the whole refrigerator. We also love the extra drawer in between the freezer and fridge. We store our lunch meat and sodas in it and have quick access to it. I love the set up in the refrigerator! I am able to keep everything very organized.

After they repaired my POS samsung 2 year old fridge for the 3rd time, it died again, and thankfully they couldn't fix it so they credited me back what I paid for the pile of junk! This LG is 10x's the fridge that samsung was, it actually makes amazing ice, water tastes great, plenty of room, esp with the icemaker in the door. We couldn't be happier!!

I like the French door layout. The refrigerated items are positioned for easy reach. The CustomChill drawer is a nice option. Even though the shelves are slightly small in the Door in Door side, it still is handy to access drinks without opening the full door. Only negatives are the small ice maker (we just keep an ice bin in the freezer) and the Door in Door must be closed firmly (no auto close, etc.)
