We are happy the LG Instaview refrigerator. O our old one is LG as well which is running fine after 15 years purchases from BestBuy. Delivery team was great. They provided frequent updates on delivery day. They were very professional.

Wow. What a difference it makes when your ice maker is set into the door. Setting your temps from your phone makes life a breeeze. Everything is so cold and tasty. This unit has no down sides. Usable shelf, a wine section, and a huge freezer section makes life worry free.

The features and design of the LG fridge is excellent. The customer care is excellent as well. I would highly recommend Geek Squad as well.

The delivery was great. They took the doors off brought it upstairs in house and set it up. Took old Fridge for $15. This fridge has space for everything and best part is It also has space for Costco pizzas. It’s big! Make sure you check all measurements for clearance.

We love our new LG and it’s features. The lighted view inside and opening just the right door for door items is great. There is so much room in both the refrigerator and freezer sections and the flex drawer is a great feature too.

So far very impressed. We just moved and our previous fridge, a Samsung 4 door French door the ice maker was terrible. Multiple repair calls and it was only 2 years old. This we’ve had no issues whatsoever and less costly

We ended up getting this fridge because the one we wanted was discontinued and it was another brand. We like it so far. Good quality and looks nice too. Love the feature where you can knock on the glass and see inside. Very pleased with the purchase so far!

Love this frig. The small door frig that’s allows me to keep my most used items without having to open the main door is great and the extra drawer that can be used as a frig or freezer gives me extra storage space.

This LG refrigerator has features that simply provided everything on our list. The food stays fresher longer, very bright LED lighting, drawers slide with ease {opening and closing}. This design was well thought out and I'm very happy with it's performance thus far.

Needed new fridge after my last 3k fridge went to crap. Also bought at best buy. 4 stars only because tiny ice cubes and water filter is virtually useless. Tested water going in and out and virtually the same readings for sediments.

Everything is so accessible for a growing family that needs a huge fridge. The kids think the knock on glass is the best feature. This purchase was part of an overall kitchen/first floor remodel so make sure you measure twice...did I mention it's massive?

I love the configuration of this fridge. The freezer drawer with three levels is so handy to see everything at once. I'm particularly fond of the top drawer because it's so handy. The knock-knock feature is a kick too - it's kind of fun.

We bought this fridge to replace a ge profile that came with our new home. So far no issues and it’s been well over 6 months now. Door still lights up. Ice doesn’t freeze dispenser and jam as some models have been reported to do. All around good fridge.

Lg instant view refregerator is awesome it has plenty of space. It has additional shelves and flexible storage bins. I like the light that lights up when you tap on the glass. The door opens just for drinks without opening the main door which saves energy.

Love it. Works great. Like the outside door and the light that comes on when touching it. Ice maker works but creates small ice cubes. Not sure how long it takes to recover when we have expended all the ice cubes.

Great product. Terrible installation experience. Do not recommend allowing Best Buy to send XPO Logistics to install appliances. I had to level the fridge myself. They just plugged it in and walked away.

Besides being absolutely gorgeous, we are in awe of the drawers and features of this and let me say, we called LG customer service at 10 pm on a Sunday and they were open. The knock knock does light when there are loud noises near it but that's ok.

Big beautiful refrigerator, build quality is excellence.. this is probably biggest refrigerator i have ever gotten i have so much room i dont know what to do with it! Instaview is nice to have

Good unit, cools effectively and the single ice maker keeps up with the household. This unit is large, so double check your dimensions, especially depth. Access might also be an issue. Once it is in place it looks great.

Capable of maintaining separate temps for various food types. The knock glass to view items held in the outer door on the right is great to see what you want before opening the fridge. A large refrigerator with lots of storage room.
