I have connected this monitor to my laptop and love the extra screen real estate for my work. I also love watching DVD shows and internet videos on this monitor, the imagery pops and brings the action alive with clarity.

It's like have two very high quality screens in one. I thought the ultra wide screen would be too big but my fears were unfounded. While it does take up a lot of desk space it is well worth it without being too clunky

I have this monitor at my office and at my home office, it is great. I love the split screen function, it is perfect for working on spreadsheets and anything else where you need to see two things at the same time.

This is exactly as advertised. Images are crisp and clear and I love having enough space to open spreadsheets and programs side by side. There wasn't any set up other than plugging it in. You won't be disappointed.

This monitor is great! The image quality and the colors are excellent! I bought on sale for $299 but would not mind in paying $399 for it. I wish it was a little bigger though. Everything else is perfect!

This monitor has a great aspect ratio for users needing lots of screen Realestate, but don't want a towering screen in front of them all the time. The dual screen features are great, though some of the software can be a it tricky to figure out.

This monitor works so sweetly with our new HP Envy. It's like zipping and zooming and split screening and four screens!!! Work isn't work when you love to come to work. Great colors and clarity!

I love the size and the picture quality. It is literally a dual monitor all in one monitor. It comes with speakers, but the only cord that you would have to buy separately is the sound cord when hooking it up to the computer. That's weird.

This monitor is great. This is the 2nd one I purchased and I run dual monitors. With the wider screen I can split the view and it's like running two full size windows at the same time.

The only reason I gave this monitor 4 stars was because this monitor did not have any speakers. Other than that, this monitor is outstanding in terms of the large viewing area, clarity, and coloring. Good for everyday use and gaming!

This is an awesome monitor. I use it on my MAC mini. I get great resolution even though the MAC can only reach 1920 x 1080 resolution.

I use it for my Mac Pro ,I'm an editor and use Final Cut Pro. it offers the split screen option, it's great !

Simply stunning display. You will not regret it. Movies in the 2560x1080 are just beautiful. And gaming is just as beautiful!

This is a great monitor if you are used to multiple screens and just don't want all that clutter on your desk. Now you can just have one screen and see many things at once.

It was good to be able to have multiple programs open simultaneously with all the real estate provided by this monitor, but I ultimately opted for a higher pixel count. Go HD

Eliminates need for purchasing two monitors and making sure computer has hardware required. Allows me to multitask well. Computer is HP running on Windows 8

I was amazed how big the screen is. Its big advantage is how wide it is. The picture quality is good and im waiting for my Fallout 4 purchase to see the graphics :)

This is an excellent LG 29" WIDE monitor that I've had my eye on for a while. I love the width for my spreadsheets. It provides plenty of room so I can finally see everything I need to see, not having to constantly move the data from left to right all the time. I'm just wondering why I didn't pick one up sooner. The sales guy at the RT 51 Southland Best By was very knowledgeable and frendly. Actually that's my favorite Best Buy store because everyone there is knowledgeable & frendly and is willing to listen to my questions and quickly provide me with what I need.
