I was shopping on my best buy app for a new LG dishwasher and stove. The app showed one dishwasher in stock so I went in told the associate the exact models I wanted he took my money and set up delivery. About an hour later the associate calls me and tells me that the dishwasher in fact was is NOT in stock. I need that appliance asap so I cancelled the entire purchase and went to RC Willey, don't worry they suck too.

If the oven is working but the burners are not, one helpful step is to check that the cooktop controls are properly set and that the unit is receiving full power. For induction models, ensure that you're using compatible cookware with a magnetic base, as non-induction-safe pots and pans can prevent the burners from activating. You can also try resetting the unit by unplugging it for 60 seconds and plugging it back in.

Cooktops Slow Down

This range doesn’t perform well. Induction cook tops slow down for no reason within 2 minutes without any indication of slowdown. Menu options are user friendly.

The delivery that never happened x 3

We ordered this range from BB on Nov 24. Scheduled deliveries in Dec, Jan and Feb all cancelled on the day of delivery by BB. We wasted 3 days waiting the delivery that never happened. I honestly doubt whether they even had them in stock. Truly disappointing for a decades long BB fan and business and personal member.

After three attempts Best Buy finally delivered a range that worked and was not dented that affected the functionality of the unit. Once that was resolved the range looks great and works perfectly fine. My only issue with the range is I can’t use all my pots and pans without due to the induction stove top. Meaning pans with a copper base will not work.

Took a little bit to understand it, but it’s going good. The only thing that surprise me is you cannot use magna light pots on top unless you buy a special plate to put on the stove top to use it.

Burners were not supposed to be hot after pan removed but they get very hot and stay hot for a while. Completely defeats the purpose of getting an induction stove and paying a premium for it.
