So far, so good! It has worked very well. The boost and simmer features are very helpful. And the ThinQ app is helpful, especially if you have multiple LG appliances/electronicss.

I purchased this cooktop open box with condition "Good". On Best Buy website, "Good" condition means fully functional, may have scratches/dents, no package and missing non-essential parts. I trusted Best Buy and thought they would inspect the open box products before putting them on sale. But I paid $200 to an electrician for the installation and only found that 2 out of the 4 burners are not working! If an open box product is not ganranteed and pre-inspected to be working, Best Buy should put "purchase at your own risk" on open box products. I contacted customer service but they were not able to refund the installation fee. My only option is to return the product. I am very disappointed with this experience. I bought the open box product because I trusted Best Buy. Now I wasted both time and money. Very disappointing. Would definitely not recommend buying open box products from Best Buy!

The product is fine but my return experience is terrible. The customer rep didn't return me $150 because it was attached as a gift card to the product though not used at all.
