    Amazing Oven

    I have never had an oven with more features and functionality than this one. It absolutely does everything you need and so much more!

    We have had the new LG electric convection oven for a few weeks, and really love it! Simple to operate, and very easy to figure out all the controls.

    Control Panel Failure

    The control panel that manages the stove has been replaced not once, but twice. The second time it was replaced, the front two burners stopped getting hot though the control panel indicated they were on. LG has been difficult and SLOW to send technicians for repairs. This has been going on for 6 months (works, doesn't work, repair, works, doesn't work, repair) and they refuse to replace the stove. The last panel worked for 1 month!! They require the servicing company to buy the part and then be refunded later, which means that smaller servicing companies won't do the work. Learning that lesson meant I was without a stove for another 2 weeks. This stove will bring you more headache than you can imagine. The techs report this is a recurring problem with LG stoves! Customer service (neither friendly nor helpful) refused to give me contact information (other than snail mail address) to the corporate office. When they said I could register a complaint (I've done so twice) no one responded to it. When I mentioned that to the second customer service person, they indicated that this was normal. What a terrible way to do business!

    Poor Service from LG

    We purchased the LG range three months ago. The electronic panel went out. Called LG for service. Very nice people there. When the warranty people cancelled the service date and informed me I had to provide proof of purchase and went through the entire steps again with them I was informed the part had to be ordered and they would be in touch to set up a service date. Meanwhile we are without an oven as the Holidays are approaching. Last LG product I will purchase.
