Had the tv for several weeks and have not had a problem. Set up was a snap, programming very simple almost does it automatically. Picture and sound impressive for a 32 inch model. Have had LG in the past and will continue to buy their product.

I bought this for my mother when she moved to an independent living apartment. Perfect size for her living room and it has easy to understand remote and produces a great picture. It was a good value purchase.

I purchased and returned another tv that had poor quality but had good reviews onsite. I then went to Consumer Reports and the LG had earned their highest rating. It well deserves it. My only disappointment was in the stand. It is not in the center and thus needs a larger surface to hold it as the stand has a leg on each side. I will now need to mount the tv on a wall as my table is too small to hold the tv.

Overall pleased with TV. The original TV received had a defective screen with broken LED inside creating a "blob" in screen. Had several issues with exchange but Best Buy staff continued to help until resolved. Overall would like a bit more connectivity to TV but picture quality excellent. Overall sound is good when not attached to sound system.

Great picture. Very easy to set up. Got it on sale at a fantastic price.

Great for antenna users...allows manual channel additions and that is practically impossible to find in a 32" TV Just wish I could have got it in a smart model but those are only manufactured for Canadian purchase.

I purchased this LG television set because I've had success with LG TV's in the past. This one had to be shipped to me. The set had a blue dot in the middle of the screen when it was turned on. I returned it to Best Buy and had another shipped. The second one had a blue dot, too. I presume this was a bad manufacturing lot. That happens. However, Best Buy appeared to do nothing to correct the problem with the sets they were shipping. After two attempts with Best Buy, I purchased from a large internet retailer. Best Buy must be prepared to resolve problems when those problems are identified-- in this case, Best Buy should have been ready to ship the lot of bad sets back to LG. Instead, Best Buy went on selling bad sets. This is too bad because I've had good experience with Best Buy in the past. LG- five stars for making a great television. Best Buy- no stars because they didn't really fix the underlying problem.

I purchased this tv 2 months ago inside the screen there is a big dark spot on the right side of the screen. Bright colors running through the dark spots. I would not recommend this product.
