After a very disappointing experience with HD coming to BB to Get the same refrigerator (not the color I wanted) from them has been AWESOME! Came in on a Friday picked up on a Tuesday!! I LOVE MY REFRIGERATOR and I’ve gotten several compliments on it!!! It’s given me MORE than what I expected!!

Good so far…. The recommended temperature for the fridge was 37° but I turned it up to 38 because i thought it was on the cold side in the refrigerator I thought. There was a learning curve get kickstarting the icemaker to work….I had taken out all the drawers and icemaker try to figure out why it wouldn’t start but then there’s a little test button I pressed and sure enough it started working and now we have ice! So I’m pretty happy about that …it looks beautiful and fits the space perfectly ….anybody complaining about that didn’t fit and measure their space correctly so that’s their problem.. The icemaker seems kind of slow ….it does do the job , but the tray is only half full after two days so it seems kind of slow filling up the tray…. I know there’s some complaints about compressors but I was told at this point LG had fixed all that and Best Buy was selling refrigerators that should have been fixed and should last so we’ll see how it goes? it’s only been a week now since I’ve had it… but I love it so far

Spacious and perfect for a family of 5! Love the side door shelves.

We've had this fridge in a rental house for almost two months now and the renters couldn't be happier. It was the biggest size that would fit the opening, the door swings completely out of the way of the shelves and there was a very nicely designed mid-level vegetable compartment that was very accessible.

Love this fridge! The interior is so roomy. I have leftover space. Looks great on the outside too. Our old fridge broke so we needed a replacement right away. Best Buy is the only place in town who had one in stock.

It has been good but I’m bit concerned about how it doesn’t get cold my milk is sometimes warm but I think I might got a bad refrigetor I’ll add call them see if we can get the insurance to replace it

This is the first new frdige i have gotten to buy. I did my research and decided on the LG. I love the amount of space. I also love that the door allows you to keep milk in it. The deli drawer is also a selling point for me. The icemaker is great and i love that the freezer has two storage areas.

Sleek and simple! Love the bottom freezer design. We replaced our French door side by side fridge, and loving this refrigerator so far! Perfect design for young children and ease of access. There is so much space in the door to allow for juices cups and condiments.

Although its a little less wide than a the current refrigerators its big and roomy on the inside. We don’t use the ice maker. But overall it works well and I’m happy with the purchase. The delivery went smoothly. Im on a first floor but there are 5 steps to the porch and my hallway is a not so wide. But the delivery guys were able to bring it in and install it with no issues.

We had less than 36” in width for a fridge, and so the fancy French door fridges won’t fit. This one is PERFECT and I’m so glad we chose it. It has the best visibility and organization for food. The freezer is great too. This is better than the expensive 3 and 4 door fridges in my opinion. The only con is limited ability to adjust shelf heights. For example, a gallon of milk will fit in the bottom shelf of the door, but vertical height restraints make it a bit clunky to lift in and out, so it’s better on the bottom shelf of the fridge. All in all, I love this fridge.

We love this fridge/freezer combo! It is so spacious in both the top and bottom, and the fridge handle can be placed on either side.

Delivered perfectly and no issues love the space and the ice maker

The refrigerator looks great inside and out. Our refrigerator is next to a wall but the smart design allows all drawers to open fully at 90 degree angle. We had no issues with temperature so far and keeps everything fresh. The two cons are we have to put all drinks at the door and fruit and vegetable bins are not deep enough since we consume a lot of those foods. Overall great product and we are happy with our purchase.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! It puts my side by side to shame!! Very spacious not only in the refrigerator section, but also in the freezer section! So far I have no complaints. It’s smaller than my side by side, but definitely more spacious!! I would recommend this fridge in a heartbeat!!

Delivery delayed 3 days, no real reason given. Item arrived with broken door storage bin, which Best Buy replaced. Found 4 minor dents on front of main door and bottom freezer door. Would buy other items from Best Buy but not if delivered by this last bunch.

Love this fridge! Its super spacious and we like the color. We were very limited on width because of the space in our kitchen but its taller and deeper so it was perfect.

This is a refrigerator I should have bought years ago. My older model worked fine, but having to stoop down to retrieve items from the refrigerator on the bottom never did make sense. Oftentimes, I would bump my head on the way up. I rarely used opened the freezer except for ice, so why was it more convenient than the fridge part? This is an attractive appliance that is convenient and worth the purchase!

Roomy and nicely designed refrigerator. Drawers open all the way even though we have a wall to the right so can only open the door 90 degrees. Best Buy installers were very efficient and had the refrigerator installed in minutes, even though they had to remove our front door to bring it in.

This fridge is perfect for our 2nd fridge in our laundry room.

I really like this refrigerator. It has lots of space in fridge & freezer. I also bought a 3 year warranty because I have had bad luck in the past with other brands.
