I am definitely going to get a second one. So much more space to work with. I got this specifically for Video Editing....WORTH IT.

This monitor makes surfing the internet and watching movies so much fun. Beautiful contrast and colours. Great value for money.

Some bleed in the lower left but nothing to horrible. No dead pixels. It does what I need it to do.

The backlight bleed was terrible. I opened it, connected it, and returned it all in the same day. Other reviewers on various sites have said the same thing. I took a chance anyway and was very disappointed.

Incredible value! Only drawback is 75hz refresh is not available for max resolution (60hz) but still a solid display. Sturdy build, great speakers and love the adjustable stand. The included window software is a pass as you will constantly get messages that it is untrusted software. I would buy this again with no hesitation.

TLDR: If you can get it for $320-350 - then an easy 5 stars. Otherwise, it's the subjective view of how the text quality appears that may cause you to pause on this purchase. If you play games and don't have a super expensive video card (like the RX480) - then this monitor is an easy buy. Details: Text quality / Resolution / DPI/PPI (www.sven.de/dpi) The one negative thing about this monitor is how the text quality appears when you are up close. Think of how the text looks on a big screen TV when you connect a computer. This monitor has a PPI of 82 (Full HD 55" TV has 40, Full HD 24" monitor has 92, Ultra-Wide 29" has 95). Basically, it all depends on how close you plan on being to this monitor and using it for office productivity. With web sites the type font is not that noticeable, but with word, excel, and outlook - the "pixelation" is there. There is a "Photo" mode setting that really helps and eventually your eyes will adjust. For me it wasn't bad enough to be a deal breaker, but that's definitely a subjective observation...so mileage may vary. Physical Size (www.displaywars.com) The other item of consideration is the the footprint. The 34" has the height of a regular 27" monitor. The 29" has the height of a regular 24" monitor. The monitor really shines with playing games and there are a few sites (www.wsgf.org) that can help with configuration for those games where you can use the full screen to all its glory. Additionally, there is LG software that will allow you to switch easily between modes and custom profiles for regular use and gaming.

Just set it up and realized not enough hook-ups,That is only 2 HDMI inputs. Need one for computer unless I use the DVI hub if I knew what that is. Screen is awesome, Love the wide width. Also doesn't come with a remote so everything must be controlled through toggle on monitor, a minor inconvenience.

Very happy with the purchase. The viewing angles are excellent. Mainly used for work, but I also use the monitor to play games and watch movies. I plan on purchasing 2 more so I can connect 3 monitors to 1 computer.
