The colors in this monitor seemed washed out and not very sharp. I tried adjusting the settings, but they didn't come close to my older monitor, which i purchased 7 years ago, I returned the monitor.

Resolution and brightness

I tried to settings and nothing changed. Also the recommended resolution of 2560x1080 is not available to choose from. Any advise would help.
