    The HDR on this monitor will not work. I have a brand-new Windows 11 computer that is awesome, but this monitor will not allow me to use HDR. It says on the box that it is HDR! I am going to see if I can return it. I am going to give support a couple of days to respond, if they don't respond I will then leave my recommendation. I could be making an error in set up, but I don't think so. but I don't think so.

    Cheap flimsy power/control button

    Decent quality monitor but the button is way to tiny and flimsy. Had once before and the button broke/fell off after about a year. Good monitor, very low quality power button.

    Does not support Windows 11

    I bought this monitor 3/28/2023 and couldn't get the proper resolution. I contacted LG support and was told there is no Windows 11 driver available and no ETA when it will be available. Windows 11 was released 17 months ago and this monitor still doesn't support it.

    Total junk. Screeb aspect ratio settings on Mac never stay and you havecto reset displays every time. The smart snap gridding display software by LG works horribly. Best buy is deceptively and unethically unfair in its laughably brief return window. This single purchase and my deeply regretable decision to give Bust Buy a second chance by giving it my business again will haunt me for the rest of days. May g_d have mercy upon my soul.

    This is a very poor quality screen. It is not crisp in the least. Text is very difficult to read because it is so fuzzy. There seem to be no possible controls to sharpen it. Do not buy. I will be returning this pronto.

      There is a joystick located on the bottom center of your monitor frame, behind the LG logo. You can use the joystick to access your monitors menu and change the resolution settings. ^Jennifer LG

    Q&A said this was wall mountable but I don’t see how that can be. There’s no screw holes on the back. Can someone provide a link to an actual working wall mount. The 100x100 ones I’ve bought haven’t worked / the back plate is too big.

      Changing the Picture Mode should fix the screen issue you are experiencing. Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > and try out HDR Effect, as it optimizes the screen for high dynamic range. Also go to Settings > Picture > Picture Adjust > Super Resolution+ > and switch to High, as it optimizes the screen for crystal clear images. ^Jennifer LG

    The monitor we got con into was told it could do Gsync it was only rated for free sync so we can use it was full term with rtx 3060 was a bad buying experience sales person wrongfully con us into a bad purchase

      You can fix the resolution issue by adjusting your monitor picture settings. Open the monitor menu > go to Picture > try out various Picture Mode settings, or go to Picture Adjust and manually change your brightness, contrast, color, etc. settings until you have achieved your desired result. ^Jennifer LG
