What a great A/C unit…..sooooo quiet . Even on the highest setting. Not to mention supper efficient. We are going to keep this on 24/7 for the summer to cool the whole upstairs!!! But you do pay more for this!!!

I’m really disappointed. It broke after only two years, and I purchased the coverage specifically to avoid this kind of situation. I was told I now have to bring it into the store to get it replaced — which is extremely difficult given the size and the fact that I’m in NYC. If in-store drop-off is the only option, that should have been made clear at the time of purchase. There should be a way to arrange a pickup, mail-in option, or alternative solution? I would have really appreciated some flexibility here.

I got two of these to replace my ancient ACs. Price and delivery were great. I haven’t needed to use them yet but each was turned on briefly after installation and I can’t believe how quiet they are. Hopefully the cooling will be equally impressive.

Recieved AC. Sizable, installed, made much noise , fan not proper, very noisy.. Best Buy not taking back, had recieved unit just 2 weeks ago…terrible service from Best Buy…

Like others have said seems to get a little damaged during shipping. I was fortunate and only had very minor dings and I picked up at store. Overall works well, keeps room within a degree of set temperature. Only sound you hear is wind from fan. Doesn’t seem like highest setting is that strong…more like medium. Is also a little finicky with install. If I didn’t have it at the perfect angle could hear fan slightly scrapping. The remote also randomly stopped working and then started working again a day later. I haven’t tried the wifi or app. Overall I wouldn’t buy again for the price.

Was great for 14 months. Fan motor went out. So it's close to 40$ a month for the life span of the ac.
