I'm delighted with my LG refrigerator with French doors! The design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly functional. The ample storage space, customizable shelves, and convenient InstaView door-in-door feature make organizing and accessing items a breeze. The only reason I rated this as good and not excellent, is because of the space you lose with the counter-depth. Although, aesthetically, it is beautiful and the "knock" feature coupled with the door in door is awesome, there is just not enough space in the fridge part nor the freezer for me. I find myself yanking the freezer open thinking there is more to it, but unfortunately there isn't. This is coming from a person that has always had a full size fridge and now opted for the counter-depth, due to the placement of the old fridge when we recently bought our home. And while I don't regret the purchase, I kind of wish the return/exchange on appliances was longer than 2 weeks. I would have replaced it with the full size even though it would have stuck out more. So, if you need room in your fridge, get the full size, or at the very least consider getting a deep freezer...I am glad I already had one because this fridge fits the minimum at best... I now dread Thanksgiving leftovers... :(

we absolutely love this. The pros: you can minimize going into the main fridge and put commonly used items on the door for outer access. The flexibility of the middle drawer is great. We have snacks, cheese and deli meats in it. Love having the ice maker on the door instead of the main fridge. It makes for more room. It makes plenty of ice for us. We would run out in our old fridge. Cons: upper freezer drawer does not g all the way back. It is challenging and awkward getting items in and out of the bottom drawer. The shelves on the left fridge door are very limiting in size. All in all we love this fridge very much. Maybe LG could come up with a better freezer drawer setup. Or get rid of the stoppers.

This fridge IS THE BEST! The round ice are really useful. Great looking and wonderful performance. I could not be more happy!

Loud refrigerator however, it does concern me that the drawers open up with a little bit of movement to them, despite this refrigerator being on a high end. I like the brightness of it when I open it. However, I do wish the interior was of a darker color. Thus far I give it an eight out of 10. . Thus far I give it a eight out of 10. But it is a high price unit.

After 6 months I can say my LG refrigerator is servicing me perfectly. Compared to my previous S…,,,,refrigerator brand, the LG out performs it in ease of cleanliness, quietness, cooling, and most of all reliability. Very happy to recommend LG. Irene n

Good storage capacity and looks nice! The sphere ice is a cool feature.

Best Refrige Ever! If your into new technology or just want to show off, then this refrigerator is for you! Aside from all that, we bought this refrigerator for it's look, it’s color and the many features it comes with, like the one where you tap on the door twice and the inside illuminate with light so that one can see what’s in it! It also has the ability to produce round ice balls, around 2” in diameter for drinks. This is a hit with our family and friends! Buy it!

So far so good…two things I will point out is the large golf ball size craft ice take a long time to freeze…setting either 3 or 6 balls at a time. Also the dimension for height for floor to top and floor to hinge is deceiving. We ordered counter depth so that it would fit in a space. Behind the hinge is a black wifi box….we will have to have a carpenter cut the cupboard above to push the frig all the way back. From the floor to the top of our cupboard is 69 1/2 inches. This frig needs at least 70 5/16 inches. The hinge and wifi box is 10 inches. Also, the glass shelves cannot be adjusted to fit items. The glass door seems to be a gimmick. I haven’t figured out how wifi would benefit me with a refrigerator.

I was nervous purchasing this refrigerator because it is a bit smaller than the refrigerator I’m replacing but to my surprise there is still plenty of room for everything. The extra drawer is a great option! We love the craft ice option as well and It’s nice having two ice makers.

Excellent storage organization. I love the counter-depth look, it fits perfectly in my small kitchen. The extra drawer is just right for odd shaped items, with sliding dividers. The craft ice machine is pretty cool too! I'm so happy with my purchase!

I love the craft ice, door-n- door and the middle pull out drawer. It's been everything I wanted. However, I'm still getting used to it's size since, counter-depth. Definitely can tell the difference from our last refrigerator that was bigger.

After delivery and letting the unit stabilize for two days we noticed the drinks didn’t seem very cold. Temperature was set at the recommended 37 degrees. Placed a digital thermometer in unit and was surprised to see the temperature varied by up to 8 degrees higher at times. Temperature was then reset to 33 degrees and variation continued. The door was not opened prior to us reading the temperature as the unit has a glass window that allowed us to see the current temperature. LG was contacted and their repair technician arrived and ran diagnostics. He stated that the variations are normal due to unit going into “defrost “ mode. It surprised and disappointed us to find out that the unit wouldn’t hold a constant temperature.

This refrigerator looks beautiful in my new kitchen along with the matching dishwasher, cooktop, and double wall oven. I love LG products!

Best. Refrigerator. Ever. Love the knock knock door, and all the different ice and craft ice. The full conversion drawer is convenient. Worth the wait for black stainless!

I remodeled my kitchen last year and wanted to upgrade my appliances also. I did thorough research and decided on LG. The refrigerator checks all of the boxes for my needs and then some. The craft ice is an added bonus. Highly recommend this one!

Beautiful frig. I love the ice makers. Great purchase. I just can’t get the water to stop at the set levels. Couldn’t find instructions for that issue.
