Just set it up after a REALLY BAD multi year Samsung experience with their legacy ice maker set up. Beautiful device. Love the blue tooth. Will report back if any problems.

Delivery was great not until they broke 1 of the Ice Bin. Requested for replacement since Nov.2023 of delivery until now April.2024 I have not received any replacement of that broken Ice Bin. It got broken because the delivery man was so in a rush removing the protective tape as he remove the one thats attached to the bin it also ripped off the Lid of that ice Bin.

This is leaking on the first day. It seems to have a leak behind the water dispenser head, not the water hose itself!

So far, this refrigerator is great. I love the ice makers and the space is pretty good. The space for tall drinks, milk, etc, is rather small and often times I have to store standing jugs on their side which can leak and make a mess. That is a minor issue though and I have not yet looked into reconfiguring it to have more space so I am not sure if that is possible. Sometimes I wish this model came with handles on the front. The front design is sleek and good looking, but reaching to the top or bottom to open it all the time can be tedious. I give it a 5 of 5 despite those small things.

I’ve had this LG counter-depth MAX fridge for a few weeks now and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The black stainless steel finish looks super clean and modern in my kitchen — it instantly upgraded the whole space. The four types of ice is not a gimmick at all. The craft ice is perfect for drinks when guests come over, and the regular ice options keep up with daily use without any issues. The water dispenser is fast and consistent too. Storage-wise, it’s very well designed. Even though it’s counter-depth, it feels surprisingly spacious. The layout makes it easy to organize everything without things getting lost in the back. One thing I really appreciate is how quiet it is — you barely notice it running. The smart features are a nice bonus, especially being able to check things from the app. Only minor thing is fingerprints can show a bit depending on lighting, but nothing crazy — quick wipe and it’s back to looking brand new. Overall, this feels like a premium appliance that actually delivers on both looks and performance. Definitely worth the investment.

We’ve had this a little over a month. We love it. The ice feature is so impressive. It’s a quiet machine! It’s also very spacious for a counter depth fridge which can be small inside. It also has the “hide a shelf” feature which I love: turns a whole shelf into a half shelf for tall items like wine bottles. My only concern is the coating to minimize finger prints. I think that’s something new and I don’t know how durable it is,

I am using this LG counter-depth refrigerator since 4 months. We wanted a refrigerator which is flush to our countertop and not extending too much when closed and open. This fridge is not flush with the countertop and it cannot be due to the thickness of the door. In order to swing the door open, we had to pull the refrigerator few inches out. Now it is not flush with cabinets which defeats the purpose of true counter-depth. It is not visually looking bad and not a huge deal-breaker IMO. This counter-depth refrigerator has a major compromise that is storage capacity. The storage capacity is more than enough for our family needs. We never filled it up to its full capacity. This is not for families who like to stock up stuff for a week or large family or parties. It has some creative space usage which means door shelves are lean and item placement has to be well thought to maximize the capacity. Large bottles can fit in only one door shelf, which is another downside. Freezer capacity is mostly unused because we like to eat fresh and less frozen foods. It would be best if there is an option to convert freezer. There is a cool light effect under the door when there is a motion detected, particularly useful during night. We found it to be a light trick than a practical help. Lack of door handles can be a problem occasionally but we wanted to have minimal look and hence the compromise. Overall this refrigerator is doing a good job and serving our needs as expected. If space is your constraint then this refrigerator will be a good choice, otherwise look for regular depth refrigerator due to its capacity restrictions.

This is my second LG Refrigerator. This one has 4 types of Ice. So far so good with performance. I like having the counter depth. Works great. Freezer has a lot of room. I love the light , night light.

So far love this refrigerator, it is super quiet, great design, really like the pocket doors rather than big handles that stick out. Counterdepth but still 25.5 cu ft of storage is wonderful.

So far really great! Love the ice it makes. Space is decent. The counter depth works perfectly for my space. The inside is really clean looking. I love the lighting. I am going to need to adjust the shelving height, but for the mean time, it does have the shelf that slides in to make space for taller products! So happy LG is rated most reliable. Love it so far

Sleek look easy set up very spacious freezer is awesome! can get chilled bottles of wine in less than an hour. Silent, the dim lights on doors that senses you are very helpful. 4 kinds of ice a plus ! It was a nice suprise that it came with an extra refrigerator (yes a 2nd fridge) !

Every penny is worth it. I was planning on using my old fridge in the garage and i barely keep anything in my old fridge since this one is so spacious. This meets all my needs. The storage on the door take ALOT. The specialty ice is so useful. I dont think id be able to have a fridge without specialty ice after this point. There are motion sensors on the fridge so at night you can see where youre going when you walk to your fridge. Highly satisfied!

Love this refrigerator so much! It looks sleek and is sturdy. Ice maker is super quiet and it’s spacious for a counter depth model. I will say the water starts cold and gets room temperature pretty quickly because the reservoir is small. That’s okay because I use ice anyway. And the ice in the bottom freezer can be slower to produce. To counter that, I use a scoop and push the ice to the front of the bin so it knows to make more ice.

Great features and looks amazing. This one has 4 different types of ice and plenty of storage. Not to mention the freezer door lights up when you walk up to it at night, very cool feature.

I bought this to replace another LG. I like that they run quietly in my open concept house. This one does make weird noises when making ice, but not a problem for me. Replaced a side-by-side model and it seems there is much more refrigerator space than the side-by-side. The main reason we chose this model was the size, as our space is enclosed. The four types of ice were not a selling point, really, but we have enjoyed the options--the craft ice is fun, and the smaller cubes fit well in my water bottle. The printproof stainless steel is not foolproof, of course, but does seem to stay clean better than our previous LG.

Sleek design great ice making features very modern spacious and efficient

Refrigerator is sleek and stylish, has large interior space for items of all sizes, and the freezer is also spacious. My family loves the added features of the LED lights that turn on automatically as you approach the refrigerator, especially at night, and we are all big fans of the craft ice that is always available. The craft ice makes for a Big Wow factor when serving specialty drinks. Highly recommend this unit!

I love the look of the refrigerator. and so far it’s been working great! I like how spacious it is and the fact that it makes 4 different type of ice.

Perfect size. It holds alot of food! There don’t seem to be any “freeze” spots the accidentally freeze your eggs etc. The drawers are nice and deep, allowing the whole head of cauliflower to fit. Husband LOVES all the choices foot ice shapes. The stainless seems to repel hand prints, staying cleaner longer. Bot of a struggle to get used to no handles.

This refrigerator offers a great selection of ice oprions. Very cleverly located water filter. Very quite ice maker. Ideal for smaller openings thanks to it handle-free double doors. Door pockets are carefully designed for optimal storage.
