Refrigerator is great, delivery and Best Buy customer service, horrible! Not only did the delivery guy rip my entry door to shreds he tried denying it! The whole front lower portion was pealed away. Trying to get help from Best Buy is like trying to get water in a desert. Passed around to different people and different company's. I was a loyal Best Buy person, not anymore. But hey the fridge is great!

The process was seamless beginning with the sale thru the delivery and installation and also the removal of our old refrigerator.

This review is for the fridge and washer/dryer combo. Thank you they look great in my kitchen.

Absolutely love this LG refrigerator! The spacious 28.6 cu. ft. capacity easily fits all our groceries, and the Full-Convert Drawer is extremely versatile. Cooling is fast and consistent, with great temperature control. The ice maker works efficiently, shelves are well designed, and the smart app alerts are useful. Stainless steel finish looks premium and is easy to clean. Very quiet, energy-efficient, and solidly built. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this refrigerator for many reasons. I was Skeptical at first because I wanted my usual Whirlpool and this was LG. I am happy I decided to buy this. I wanted a fridge with a lot of inside space. One that holds long chaffing pans. This LG has that space and MUCH more. I was able to rearrange the second shelf to hold my gallon bottles and then some. Did I mention “several” gallon bottles?? The two pull out pans inside holds a large number of fruits on one side and vegetables in the other. Much more than the other refrigerator. The door on one side has extra wide space. The door on the side with the ice maker is smaller but it holds the smaller items. Then there is that space once the door opens. I can sit comfortably on it. Of course I won’t do that but to give you an idea of the space this fridge has. Pull out draw— I use the pull out draw below the fridge for my cheeses and butter etc. Again a lot of space. This draw can be converted but I will leave it as is for my dairy products. That’s pretty cool. The freezer - It’s deep and again holds a lot. The pull out draw pulls out much better than other refrigerators. Outside water and ice dispenser works easy and is convenient plus there’s another ice maker/dispenser in the freezer. Space is not the only good thing about this refrigerator.. it’s also quiet. No loud motor noises. I left all the settings at default and the cooling and freezing is perfect. You can’t go wrong with this refrigerator. I HIGHLY recommend. I love love love my refrigerator.

We purchased this refrigerator a little over month ago to upgrade our older (but still working) side by side. Even though I accidentally ordered the wrong style , I think I like this one better. The only thing I would change is adding a shelf that recesses back to accommodate a large pitcher but in reality, you lose 1/2 of your shelf space that way so it’s not a big deal. There is plenty of room for all of our items and the full convert drawer is great for when you need more fridge space or freezer space. The water dispenser is larger so it can accommodate large cups which we frequently have. The door ice maker does not make a lot of ice but that’s ok because the one in the freezer compartment more than makes up for it. I searched for months for the right one so hopefully this one lasts as long as our old one!

This is a very spacious refrigerator. There is ample room for groceries and the shelves can adjust to fit bulky items. It has a Full-Convert Drawer, which offers five different temperature settings, allowing it to function as a refrigerator, freezer, or a dedicated space for whatever you need it for. It has a great ice and cold water dispenser on the outside door. The ice can be in cubes, or it can be chipped ice as well. It is a very quiet machine. There is no denying its function ability as a refrigerator or freezer – but I have one small complaint. The machine has holes on the plastic drawers for the middle and lower compartments that can have clear dividers snapped on to further organize your space. The only disappointment is that it only came with ONE divider. I looked for it everywhere to buy and even calling LG but to no avail. I finally had 3 made with a 3D printer.

Love it! Moving on from a 25 year old side by side this refrigerator is amazing. Love all the space and the 2 ice makers. The convertible center drawer is the best part!

As we have only started to use this 4 door LG Refrigerator for about 1 1/2 months I would rate a 4+. Love the convertible drawer. Now using as a standard refrigerator drawer for items used often ie. cheese, sliced meats etc. Both refrigerator and freezer have plenty of space. This model has dual ice makers that produce A LOT of ice! MORE ice than any previous French Door Refrigerator/Freezer dual ice makers I have ever owned!! As for the shelves, I am not happy with the shelves arrangement. I don’t think it has enough shelf positions. My Wife Likes it! (Her Kitchen!) In Reviews the main complaint is the Compressor goes out too early! LG has increased the warranty. LG has taken out some cosmetic features that increased the look! So far, Overall we like the frige.

Very good use of space in the both the refrigerator and freezer sections. Two features the I really like are the soft close doors, and the full convert drawer. The soft close feature on the double doors works great. It prevents the doors from slamming closed and rattling the items stored in the door shelves. The doors always close softly. The full convert drawer has 5 settings, depending on your usage. 4 settings are for using the drawer as refrigerator space, which is how I currently use it, but it also can be set as additional freezer space if that is needed. The outside finish truly seems to resist finger prints, and does a good job of that. It can be connected to the LG app, and if so, some features become available with Amazon Alexa or other assistant devices.

Excellent quality of a refrigerator! Plenty of room.

The Fridge is a great size. I love the fact that it has 2 ice makers. It seems bigger than my last LG fridge and its the same size. Its been a great purchase. I definately recommend it.

This is a great refrigerator. Very quiet, love the double ice maker and plenty of room.

Great refrigerator so far. Purchased in December 2023 we have had the item for almost 4 months. Operates great. love the ice in the door and the freezer. One item to note, I wish the selves had more adjustments. I have a difficult time storing tall items like milk, Gatorade, and coffee creamer. Beer bottles also don't fit unless you adjust the one self higher. The middle drawer is great and able to freeze or chill.

This refrigerator has lots of storage, has easy access to every compartment, and most of all we like the fact that it has two ice makers (top and bottom). When we have guests over, we can turn on the bottom ice maker to provide plenty of ice. Overall, it runs quiet much like many of our other LG devices.

I’m very happy with this refrigerator. It has plenty of storage space, keeps food fresh, and runs very quietly. The design looks modern and fits perfectly in my kitchen. Easy to organize, energy efficient, and great value for the price. Highly recommended.
