We have been so pleased with our purchase! The washer and dryer are just wonderful. We have saved a great amount of time and money on this purchase, through water and energy savings, and utilizing the full-capacity of the units to wash more per load. Everyone should really consider making this upgrade! ...the unites make a lovely tune after the load has completed. Much better than the old "ERRRRR" that startled me with our last washer and dryers.

This is my first machine that I have ever owned but due to apartment/condo living far from the first machine I have every used. For someone that has pets, children this machine is magic for what it can do and the piece of mind you get when stick rather undesirably soiled items. I have used the sanitizing cycles for wash and dry for almost every kind of pet item including toys, rugs, clothes, carrier interiors etc. Even items that say only wash cold etc., (not an option for me) I want to ensure they are clean and not harmful to me or anyone in my home before I put it back including my pups. It is amazing how little soap/bleach/softener you use compared to traditional washers and how much more clean the clothes look and feel. What a true savings for hand wash items, no more ridiculously high dry cleaning bills. Pricing was a bit steep for initial cost, but savings over time is a great return on the investment!!!! Maching unit dryer is equally as amazing, can't say enough about this product. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!

Great product. Our first experience with a front load, HE washer, and we keep the door open in between uses to keep from having odor issues others have faced. Cleans great, but figuring out all the options and abilities is a bit confusing at first. Once you know what you want out of it-and it'll do almost anything you need-it's great.

My wife and I love this washer, the price not so much. But this really is one of the best washers on the market. I'd rather pay for long term quality then short term junk.

I spent over thousand dollars on a new LG washer and dryer stackable combo. I also purchased a 5-YEAR PROTECTION PLAN, and had to use the plan just 3 years in as the washer failed. I called in and told Best Buy the situation and after over an hour on the phone, was able to get the soonest appointment almost 3 weeks later. I told them that the washer and dryer were stack-able and that it would be a two-person job, as the washer is on the bottom. After waiting weeks and spending close to $40 bucks at the local laundry mat in the weeks waiting, the guy shows up at the last minute on Saturday ALONE?!?! I listen as he calls in to tell Best Buy he needs another guy, which is what I told them three weeks prior. LESSON, I never had this trouble with Sears, they would come out in under a week and be prepared. This is incredibly inconvenient as it is the middle of the summer and my family has NO WASHER. So, now we have to wait until they come back next week. I will not make a major purchase from Best Buy again, and will definitely not buy any Geek Squad warranty, what a waste.

On this washing machine to accompany an LG dryer. It is easy to load, has plenty of settings which provide enough control, has great capacity, gets your clothes very dry with the spin cycle, provides an accurate estimate of time to complete, and looks great next to the dryer. The pedestal is a must, otherwise it will be too low for comfort. Best Buy does a good job honoring price matches.

I LOVE this washer. It has a wide variety of cycle options, does a GREAT job of cleaning clothes, is NOT hard on my clothes and the hand washables cycle is very gentle. The turbo wash feature cuts the cycle time way down and the clothes are still clean! I have not tried the turbo wash with VERY dirty clothes yet though. I love all of the features on this machine. LG is a GREAT product.

I bought my LG on clearance due to a previous customer returning it due to its size. (Too wide or something ) So I got an amazing deal and I absolutely love it! I wish I had the dryer to match, yet luckily the clothes come out almost dry anyways,,

Bought the washer for very reduced price since it was a floor model, otherwise the price is very high. Only had this and dryer for a week or two and we like the cleaning abilities and shorter cycles compared to our previous washer. Our clothes had odors and stains that old washer could not remove or rather, would cause . This washer cleans our clothes and leaves them smelling great. Only complaint so far is that the spin cycle will cause a period of great vibration when passing a range of rpm on the way up and then when it slows down. Washer shakes and it seems level as I can get it. Don't know if this is amplified by the fact it's on a pedestal. We will see about longevity as time goes on..I bought a 5 year warranty through best buy so I don't have to worry about it for awhile.

Gets clothes really clean and has a lot of space. Great for large loads

My new washer - the LG - 4.0 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle High-Efficiency Steam Front-Loading Washer (Graphite Steel) - has been the best washer I've bought and used thus far. It uses half the water and takes half the time to do laundry compared to a similar front-loading Whirpool washer I bought 7 years ago. Needless to say - I'm very happy I purchased this LG washer.

We bought this after 20 years with. Maytag. It had simply reached its end of life. We bought the LG upon the recommendation of friends and online reviews. We couldn't be happier with our new machine. Loads are washed more quickly, thoroughly, and economically saving water and power. Love it! If you're looking for an amazing machine, look no further!

Clean looking and controls easy to navigate. Runs very quietly.

I love the looks as well as the the way it cleans. It is extremely easy to use.I actually enjoy washing clothes now! I get no vibration from either thewasher or the dryer which is important because I live on the second floor in a condo. I replaced the worthless 1 peice w/d that came with the condo and now have these full size stackable beauties.

The set with the dryer & pedestals really takes up much more space than my old combo - fills the laundry room up. On the plus side: washer is extremely quiet. I'm just not sure the rinsing is adequate without adding an extra rinse cycle on items like towels. Have to do a few more trial loads to figure that out. Overall satisfied at this point.

I would recommend this product to buy. Quiet and efficient.

This is is my second LG washer, It perform great like the one at my house. My first one is still working strong after 7 years
