    The bleach dispenser is incorrectly aligned with the tub. It leaks out all over floor. When I called LG they had be take pictures. Then they wanted to access my phone to do virtual repair? Then they wanted a video of me pouring the bleach in and it leaking on the floor. Hope nothing else goes wrong with this thing.

    We love it! So, far cleans good energy efficient and simple to use. No bells and whistles like our front loader. But it never cleaned as well. Smells great no rubber seal mildew smell.

    I wasn’t aware until the dryer was delivered that, there was no dryer cord. When I ordered it online. It never mentioned it. I asked about a cord for the washer that just purchased, but nothing was mentioned about no cord. Nor did they have any on the truck. I was pleased with the washer process, but not pleased about the process for dryer.
