This product performs exactly as we had anticipated. We moved to this washer from a Mayttag and it seems to perform much better, quieter, and has more options. Initial use had far less vibration than we had experienced with the Maytag product. We had some problems with the delivery. The initial delivery team apparently made weak excuses for not installing the unit in the second floor laundry. They indicated that my wife should call a plumber. The second delivery attempt was perfect.

This washing machine has been very reliable and quiet. It is great for water conservation in California.

Cleans well, runs quietly, and features lots of settings for any particular need you might have. Enjoy using, just make sure to leave the door open so it can dry out on the inside when you're done.

Great machine guess clothes clean very efficiently only minus maintenance got to clean the gaskets especially where the water drains

This is a good wash machine. I like the 2 button quick start option. The washer is louder than the front load Maytag that it replaced.

The variety of cycles and features on this machine are wonderful and make doing laundry fun again!

First time owner of a front loading wash machine. I was a little apprehensive about buying this over a top loader because people say how load they are. I would like to say it is very quiet and I even use the extra spin time. I was also worried that the clothes wouldn't get as clean as using a top loader, but this machine has proven that wrong. Less water used, less detergent needed. Win-Win all around. It even plays a nice chime when the wash cycle is completed.

This is definitely an upgrade over our Fisher & Paykel washer that we had for 7 years. I read that some had issues with noise or vibrations, we have had none of that with our purchase.

Used as a stacked washer/dryer. Easy to program. Quiet operation. Loud chime when finished. Seems to be built well. 4 stars because all appliances are over priced.

My Best buy experience was great. Sales and installation people were most accommodating. So far, the washer and dryer are living up to excellent brand reputation from my research.

So far so good, have owned it for a year... Do follow all of the instructions in the manual for care of the machine. The door seal will make mold and begin to smell if you don't keep it dry.. I hung a towel right next to the machine and wipe it off after every cycle... Takes about 30 seconds and mine has stayed mold and stink free.

Got this washer during their 4th of July sale along with the dryer and have been loving it. No issues at all and they even came and installed it as a stackable unit.

I really like this LG washer. It has a lot of options to choose from. It weighs the clothes and this determines the length of time to wash the clothes. LG makes a great product.

I purchased this washer back in August. So far so good, no complaints as of now. Just wish I would've waited for a sale before I bought this at full price!

Purchased this washer from a local BB having no knowledge of appliances. BB team member was very helpful. Washer itself is great, tons of features and very energy efficient.

Clothes are cleaner. I replaced another front load washer (different brand) and the clothes are noticeably cleaner. Controls are easy to use and the best part is the ability to pair with my smartphone. You can see and recall previous wash settings, track when tub needs cleaning and get wash cycle recommendations,.

This washer is great. It has a large load capacity and washes my clothes very well.

This machine is amazing, if you have never washed in a front loading washer I would recommend that you give it a try. The only thing I wish is that it had built in Wi-Fi but that is no big deal, LG provides an app that you can use with the Tag-On feature. Very quiet, even when you have a bit to much in it, I like that it doesn't do a lot of uneccessary shaking on the spin cycles.

I LOVE my LG washing machine! I haven't had any problems with it and the Best Buy tech came to my house to install it. It was a super easy process.
