This is my first front-loading washer. I had it for about a month. It uses a lot less water compared to the top-loading machine, yet clothes come out very clean. There're buttons and options, but it's not overwhelmingly complicated. It really makes doing laundry more fun!

Was and still am skeptical about this purchase. Never had a front loading washer before so still trying to decide how much i like it. One thing I do like is that it is big and can fit my king size comforter.

I had some washer in the past that was super noisy, even with the laundry door closed, it impacts me enjoyment of watching my TV. This washer was amazing in terms of sound. My laundry door is open and I can barely hear it. Love it!

Uses very little water, very quite, talks to your smartphone, remote and delay start, and spins the clothes nearly dry with tumble to reduce wrinkles until placed in dryer.

We purchased this machine with the drawer/stand and this puts the machine right where you'd want it to be. It is not the fastest machine out there, but it does a great job of cleaning and things are so dry when they come out that the need for drying time is decreased. We love this washer!

I am very pleased with the ability to wash full size blankets in my front loading stackable Washer. This Washing Machine offers various wash settings to help personalize needs to protect special clothing. I am also pleased with the physical size of this stackable Washer.

I love this washer! Cleans great and I love the steam settings. I didn't give it the highest rating also due to the water hammer noise it makes when it's just getting started to rinse out the detergent tray. It only last a few moments and goes away and is super quiet. It doesn't really bother me at all now just when it was new because I was like what the heck is that?!!! So to new buyers don't be alarmed still an overall great product!

I've only used three times so far but it is really nice. Runs quietly and is energy efficient or I may have given 5 stars. Salesperson was very knowledgeable. Previous washer only ran 7 years so i'm hoping to get a few more years out of this one.

This is a great washing machine. Love that it has the steam option to sanitize your clothes. A lot of different settings to choose from is really nice. Quite machine and gets your clothes really clean. Big tub that holds ex large comforter is a big plus.

(1) After every time using, we need to drain water at bottom. (2) After using 8-10 times, we need to use Tub Cleaner. Meanwhile, we still need to drain water every time. (3) When we bought machine, sellsman did not tell us these FEATURES. (4) After about one year, machine starts showing error after using 2-3 times. We need to reset. (5) When we got these troubles within one year, LG never suggests sending a technitian. Now, they suggest doing so for a charge of $200.

Love it and how affordable it is. It has plenty of settings, and it's easy to troubleshoot any problems. Geeks quad is definitely recommended just in case something goes wrong or for any questions.

Love my LG washer. I can put more clothes in each load so I am spending less time doing my laundry. It is also much gentler that the washing machine I replaced.

My new washer is great - it's not super fast, but it does a terrific job of cleaning all kinds of items and the capacity is terrific. I needed to have units that were stackable and I am very please with the much bigger capacity with these units.

Absolutely love the washer and dryer! We were worried about water saver feature but not any more. Clothes are clean and fresh. Sanitary and allergen cycles are awesome. My sister watched it through a cycle, smelled my towels and bought the same set!

This is a very good budget unit that includes steam function...decent size for a family of 4. This unit is easy to operatte and i hope it would last at least 10-15 years...looks steadry

This washing machine is fantastic. I am loving my switch to a front loader. It uses so little water, is very quiet and very easy to operate. I am glad I also purchased the pedestal that raised it up about 14 inches. The two men that installed it and the dryer took only about 90 minutes to remove the old and install the new and give me a starting lesson while testing it all out. One of the key features was my ability to order it with the door hinged on the left so that the door is not between the washer and dryer.

The capacity is great. I washed my King sized down comforter in it with no problems Delivered on time with no hassels.

Great washer- steam function is great, unit has a huge capacity but still fits into my closet that wasn't overly deep. Plenty of functions to use and you can customize from your phone... very solid product would buy again

This would be my second front loading LG washer, the first unit performed flawlessly for 7 years. Due to the rather light duty design of the drum spider the rear drum section corroded and broke apart. The new machine has a far better spider assembly and much improved drum attaching method. Also the added feature of the front door not having to be closed completely when not in use is a major benefit in keeping the drum odor to a minimum.

I love this washer. It is so quiet compared to my old front load machine. I also like the little tune it plays when the cycle is finished. Highly recommend this machine
