Washer cleans the cloths better then the Whirlpool Duet it replaces. Cloths do come out wrinkled for some reason. When washing pet blankets the hair sticks to the window in the door.

I got this front load washer to replace my 12 year old LG front load washer which I paid back then was around $1100. I got this because the motor went bad and it was going to cost $400 to get a replacement motor and install. Went down to the local Best Buy and saw this on the floor for $600. Went to the register and the appliance manager said this is a floor model and an open box and too another $200 off. I was extatic and used my Best Buy card to purchase it. I love the steam wash feature which I didn't have before, the heavy stains gets cleaned using the heated steam system which delivers breaking up of the stains before it washes it. Just gotta use HE detergent. Overall I love it and it's been great so far!!

quiet and effective washing machine. Wash cycles are longer than our previous top-loader, but hasn't been problematic. The washing machine has a bunch of options and settings that we haven't used quite yet.

Great washer, quiet and spin cycle so good you don't have to use dryer very long. Need to keep door open and clean out after wash's so as to not let a mold smell build up.

This is my 2nd LG in 3 years due to a recent relocation. Very pleased with the first one and there was no hesitation when time came to make another washing machine purchase. Recommended!

I had the machine installed and it's quiet and works great. Hope this LG lasts longer than my last one which died after five years.

I bought this washer and have had it for about two months. The washing machine is pretty good at washing a large capacity of clothing or larger, bulky items like comforters. My only complaint is that the detergent drawer constantly fills with water and does not drain. Other than that, I am very happy with this product so far.

This thing runs great! Plays a catchy tune when it's done. When it does have a lot in it, be sure to put it on the bulky setting or it won't spin.

I am enjoying this new washer and all the extras. I don't even have to take my sensitive clothes to the dry cleaners anymore. The steam clean cycle is awesome!

Gets clothes clean and even gets a butter drip on a shirt without prewash, as I forgot to soak and remember when transferring to dryer but no stain visible.
