This is our first front loader washer and I am pleased so far. We did have a slight issue we use pods for the soap and I believe on a few times the pods did not dissolve all the way and left stains on the clothes. Washed a gain and it came out. because of this we changed back the liquid or power soap and all is good. Still trying all of the features.

No problems so far and runs quieter than expected.

Works very well and leaves cloths looking refreshed and clean.

I had an LG washer. It was very disappointing. It lasted only 9 years. My previous Kenmore washer lasted 25 years. It was still working when I replaced it for a new more efficient washer. I bought another LG washer because I had to match with our LG dryer. I will avoid buying any LG product. Life was not good for me.

We have had our washer for about a year now and have absolutely no complaints! I love the different options it has (including the steam) and use them often. We run a tub clean every month and so far no stinky smell! I also love the easy pull out tray...just load it up with your detergent and fabric softener and done!

We love this washing machine however it does have one flaw. If there is hair on the washer door and it's not wiped off before starting the next load the washing machine will leak water. It washes clothes very nicely though.

my washing machine broke down after only 2 years of moderate use. i had owned another lg that lasted 6 years of heavy use. very disappointed in the quality of the new lg, spent 250. trying to get it repaired, not sure how long it will last.

first time I have owned an LG washer and am very pleased with it - less detergent and water are needed so monthly water bill is less - would recommend the washer pedestal as that provides space for laundry accessories.

This washer is very quiet efficient, and energy saving. It's a little pricey, but it's definitely worth the price. I researched washers and dryers for about 2 months before settling on this one, and let me tell you, it's one of the best on the market right now.

Just purchased the LG washer and dryer and they are awesome!!! I would highly recommend. Did a lot of research on consumer reports and viewed customer ratings and for the price, these are the best.

Nice looking washer. This is my first front load and I love it so far. Really like the download cycle options too. That's one reason I got this one instead of the more expensive one. Its not the fastest, but works great for just the two of us. No kids here.

Had bought one of these several years ago. Sold my house and it was part of the deal. Love how it really cleans well no matter what I put in this washer! Quiet, efficient, and saves me money! These are great machines. BestBuy setup was excellent!

Pretty happy with this washer so far. The controls can be pretty hard to see or read. The delivery guys didn't level it and didn't seem interested in leveling it when I asked them about it. I leveled it myself.
