I had the same one before and it wore out so off to Best Buy for anew one. The first one was great until a warning came up and I figured it would e less expensive to buy new with a warenty so I could stack with dryer and I was happy

This washer had a water hammer problem. Each time it filled and stopped filling it made a loud noise and vibration.

So far, this is a great machine. A bit complicated to figure out the special cycles, but pretty cool that it has them. I'd definitely recommend this.

Washer does not clean clothes good. I wood not recommend LG brand at all. Product is not dependable.

Spin cycle is a bit weak but over all it's been great for the month I've had it. Ask me 10'years from now.

the LG washer is just the best front loader made. I have had 2 now and have had no problems with mold or smell. I run a gallon of white vinegar through it every few months which helps clean out soap scum and smell.

I purchased these models to replace an older model that lasted nearly 10 years. I've been equally happy with this one as well. Only recommendation is take out the posts in the back before starting to use it.

This is a great washer. Has a 15 minute speed cycle that helps when you're in a hurry. We bought this washer as a replace to our old LG that lasted about 11 years. The tub size is great for large blanks.

Washer is effective and offers lots of options for cycles. Spin cycle is quiet and doesn't shake the house like my previous front-loader. Works nicely as base for the stacked washer-dryer.

This washer fits our needs perfectly with the big size and great features like steam wash especially for steam washing our baby clothes that kills most of the germs and bacteria.

I love the variety of settings, especially the sanitizer! I highly suggest this washer with the sidekick washer as it really saves me time by washing 2 loads at the same time!

I do not regret getting this front loader, if you can find it at a reduce price get it. I was able to get the matching dryer and pedestal. if you need to upgrade, get it.

We had a samsung previously...wouldnt recommend. This one works well but i wish it had just a spin option. As it is you can only choose rinse/spin.

Clothes come out clean and fresh. Thats what i am looking for also this machine paired with app teaches u and or tells u what to select to wash your items too simple .

First of all this should not be a stackable washer and dryer! The dryer controls are so high I have to stand on a chair to operate them! And I am of average Height! The washer has way to many settings and doesn't rinse well, I always have to do a 2nd rinse:( The drum is so large that I could put a weeks laundry all together! Way to many settings. I couldn't find anything smaller or less extravagant to fit in the space I had:(.

It's been so long since I bought a new washer that this is like entering a new world. It works, it does what it says it does, it doesn't eat things!

Really gets clothes clean but we are concerned about the water hammer noise. I can't give it the highest rating because of this situation.

Happy with units not with best buy service. Will not use them for appliances again.

The machines are great. our sales associate recommended using detergent pods. We tried and did not like the results.

Works great, quick wash cycles are awesome! If you are self connecting, make sure to take out the shipping rods in the back of the unit.
