Easy to use and it looks FANTASTIC in our new laundry room!

Very happy with this washer. Have not have the opportunity to try the steam function yet. One minus would be that when we try to do a large load of towels it errors out and we have to take some towels out. Other then that very happy so far!

Very satisfied. Hope it will last long. Very quiet

This is my first LG washer, I had been thinking about trying one for some time and am glad I did. Does a great job and now I plan on buying the matching dryer. I already own a LG refrigerator and like it also.

problem with 1st one... was an open box... returned and best buy was fair about giving discount on in box model for trouble we had... would recommend product... easy to use and very quiet

This washer has so many functions that I love it. It has leaked a little off and on with simple fixes from my hubs but now four years out I have to get a repair for a pretty big leak. :( They don't last like they use to.

I love my new, front load washing machine! With a family of 5, we do a lot of laundry. The machine is energy efficient and uses much less water than my old washer. I'm very happy with my purchase!

My new LG steam washer is working quite well. This is the first steam washer I have used and so far everything is working great. The steam seems to make a big difference in how the clothes look when they come out to go into the dryer. Lots less wrinkles. I definitely would purchase a LG steam washer again.

I loved this remarkable high efficiency washer machine! I love the Sanitary and Allergy settings which allow for the best washing experience for blankets, sheets and underwear. . . .

The install did not go smoothly. Had to pay an additional fee for handyman help to connect dryer vent. Also found out I needed "hammer resister valves" installed by a plumber on the washer to solve the banging and rattling of pipes. These, according to the plumber, are needed per code. Using the machines have been good since. No other problems.

It is a high quality machine at very good price. Heads up on the way the door opens...we had to reverse the normal position of the washer an dryer so the doors didn't swing into each other.

This was a HE replacement for a regular washer. I love everything about this washer. It's speed wash is finished in minutes, I can throw a few items in and have them washed and dried while getting ready for work in the morning. Also I love having the steam option to sanitize pet blankets.

Works perfectly. Love the selection of cycles. Has a speed wash the takes 15min. Steam cycles have my close cleaner than ever.

I bought this washer after my old one broke. One down side is it has no hand wash cycle. That is about it though. It sings a song when it is done and turns itself off. I love the feature that it weighs the clothes and adjusts the cycle accordingly.

We got a great price on this washer. We figured that we had nothing to lose if it wasn't good. But, this washer is EXCELLENT. Our clothes are cleaner than ever. The washer is not wearing clothing out. I am so impressed. We owned a first generation front load washer, it was noisy and now I know, didn't do a great job on the laundry. I am rewashing everything in our house. Even my husband, who NEVER did the laundry, does loads. We are especially using the steam allergy and sanitize load settings. I hope this machine lasts for a while. We will never go back to a less expensive front loader. Thanks LG.

This washer is an attractive graphite color. It can accommodate large loads and has a quick wash option. You can even program washes for when you are away. The many wash options are fantastic.

I purchased this washer for my grandaughter, when she was moving into her new home just before Christmas. She chose this model, and it happens to be the same model that I have owned for several years. She is very pleased with how it washes, and the rest of the features.

Ended up going with the steam washer for the allergen cycle and am really happy with the decision. I have asthma and am constantly washing my bedding and blankets that the dogs lie on. The cycle takes longer but I have already noticed a difference in my allergies.

Very quiet but drum is very lite weight. Door looks nice but it's all show and its cheaply made. For the money I hope it lasts a long time. I suppose they are all made that way these days
