I haven't had the washer long, but so far, I am enjoying it. My only complaint is that I need to wipe down the door area, including in between the folds after each wash.

This is a great front loading washer. We looked at several brands and models before settling on this one. After using it for several months, I've found this to be whisper quiet and doesn't have any problems with uneven loads. Several drawbacks I've found are the app (not specifically related to the washer) and the hose length needs to be longer than the standard size to position the washer/dryer appropriately for my basement. The door isn't interchangeable unlike the dryer so placement could be awkward (pretty much the same problem with other washer/dryer combos). There are plenty of default settings to accommodate lots of laundry types. I've used the steam clean a few times but not sure if it's necessary. I leave the door open after laundry is finished so the drum dries out and doesn't leave a nasty scent. Overall this is a great product.

We have a large family so we need something to do a lot of loads a day (we average 2 - 4 daily) So far so good.

Had an older machine with nothing fancy and it was very loud - upgraded to this model and I am in love. first day I had it had to keep checking it to make sure it was on - it was that quiet - washing my clothes so much better

The wifi only works with an andriod system. Which really upset me because the LG reviews ( which I read before purchasing) does not specify that.I can live without Wifi but I'm quite sure I paid more for these machines due to the Wifi feature .I contacted LG and was told I needed to use and android which I don't have.

I bought this LG washer after spending a lot of time researching and reading reviews. I only saw a couple with negative reviews. That is until I started to research the problems I experienced the day after my product was installed. This machine overflowed, out of the rear vent and from somewhere under the machine. The leaks were not from the hoses or due to the installation. It flooded enough to damage drywall in the basement below our laundry room. I called Best Buy immediately and they ordered a replacement LG washer which was delivered 3 days after the first washer was originally installed. 3-4 washes later and the second machine overflowed (this time I had put a floor pan under the unit, thankfully). I spent time questioning whether I knew how to do laundry, whether what I had done for 13 years of using a Kenmore Elite front-loader prior to buying this LG had been flawed or something had changed. I questioned my brand of HE detergent. But when 2 machines had the same problem back to back, I wasn't so sure. So I returned the LG washer and dryer, then purchased the Whirlpool set with similar features. After 15 loads of laundry (using detergent the way we always have) the Whirlpool has not leaked or overflowed. The LG has an issue...

I bought this washer to replace a whirlpool that I had for 6 years. This washes the clothes really well and the time it takes is quicker as well. Also, it uses much less soap and softener than my other one which is really good too! I am very pleased with my washer!!

This is a great washer! I've owned it about 2 months & have used it regularly. I was unsure how I'd like the electronic controls, because all my previous washers had analog dials, however, I find it easy to use.

This is a very good washing machine. This machine spins so well you don't need a full cycle in the dryer and is still delic on your close.

This washer is a replacement for my older model front loader. Compared to the Tromm this one is extremely quiet. I love the Turbo wash function because I can get loads washed faster. Also holds all my bedding or a whole weeks worth of towels. I would have given this washer a 5 star rating if it had come in the beautiful red color offered with some of the older models

This washer is amazing. Clothes come out really clean. The WiFi connectivity and text messages make washing easier. I bought with the pedestal washer, which pairs perfectly with this machine.

does an amazing job! clothes feel so much better and cleaner with this was. nice to have allergen cycles and permanent press cycle does a great job!

I found it as an open box, but I am very happy with the purchase, it is not toó noisy like the one I had before and you can see it really washes specially kids clothes.

So easy to use! So many different settings. Yes, it’s a front load so you do have to leave the door open to dry the washer out but a small inconvenience to such a great product

I was surprised when I bought it a month ago to find that I could fit so many pairs of denim jeans in it. I thought my 13-year-old Samsung front-loader held a lot, but the new LG holds even more. I love the "jets" on either side of the door that spray the clothes with water in the initial tumble to make sure all of them are properly saturated. In my old front-loader I often had to saturate the clothes with a bucket of water to make sure they were going to get properly washed.

This washer is great. You can pair it to your cellphone and see how much time you have remaining in a cycle. Cleans clothes nicely.

Have had this washer for a few months now and no complaints. Gets my clothes clean. Have had to use washing machine cleaner once since buying, because it started to smell musty, but i consider that routine maintenance. Lots of cycle options, havent had an issue with clothes getting stuck in the rubber seal and definitely like the slightly tilted drum, that makes removing clothes a lot easier.

Although this appliance was too large for my laundry space the specs and functions made it a great appliance. Plus it was esthetically pleasing.

Even though we have only had this product a few weeks, we have been very happy with the results. It's very quiet and efficient.

Beautiful looking washer. Clothes come out looking great no matter which cycle. Love to have a sanitizing cycle.
