I’ve had this machine for 3 years. I hate it. It NEVER completes a cycle- every cycle is unbalanced and we have tried everything to level it and adjust it. My cousin has the same machine and has had the same issues. It is supposed to self-adjust but it just fills with water and ends up with the same issue. We’ve tried larger loads and smaller loads, nothing helps. We will buy a SpeedQueen next time around- more money up front but it’ll last!!

This is the most frustrating piece of machinery in existence. We have had this washer several years and it has become increasingly more awful. It will literally take hours to do a load of laundry because it always thinks the load is uneven and spends time adding water and jiggling everything around. Half of the time it won’t even complete the cycle which is extremely frustrating. It takes us days to do our laundry at this point. I will say, it was not originally quite as awful. It has progressively gotten worse through the years. I really need to just buy a new one but it’s annoying because this one really isn’t that old. Don’t buy this!

We bought this washer a few years ago. It works great until the warranty is up, and then every load takes hours because it is off balance. You get the alert of frustration, and you have to rearrange everything in it. It doesn't even seem off balance. It's so bad that you can't even run a tub cleaner, because it's more off balance empty. Small loads are impossible!! My dog freaks out when I do laundry because I get so frustrated. The plastic at the top of the tub has started coming off, so it tore a blanket I never got to use. I contacted LG directly. It seemed like they hear this all the time, and they couldn't care less since the warranty is up. They haven't stopped selling it, so I thought I should tell people what it's like. There are even videos on YouTube saying to drill holes and balance it with large rubber bands. You would think that LG would try to make adjustments, so people wouldn't have these issues. I'm on here shopping for a replacement, and I saw they were still selling it. If you don't need any more frustration in your life, don't buy this washer!! You'll regret it quickly! It works great in the beginning, but for some reason it doesn't last more than a year. If you do buy it, get the extended warranty! You're going to need it!

The washer does not get my clothes clean. It’s horrible, I’ve had problems with the washer since I purchased it. Now the lg website states the product is discontinued. They knew they were selling junk.

This washer doesn't do a good job of cleaning. If I have a moderate wash load on delicate cycle, some of the clothes don't even get wet. Total garbage.

I always like these kind of washer that has no tall agitator, and drys very well after cycle, I read some of the reviews saying this is a noisy model, but the one I bought is not noisy at all,

The connection between the impeller and the washer broke while in the midst of washing a load. I found the impeller floating in the wash of an extremely light load. The washer is less than three years old. I expected better from LG and am very disappointed.

I got for a great deal and it is worth. Till now no issues.

Do not buy this machine unless you enjoy having your entire life revive around resetting this thing 4 or 5 times each wash. It will almost always be uneven load fault and be unable or incapable of the "uneven load recovery system". Our machine has never once been able to use this feature. It's been rebuilt once already under warranty. That did absolutely no good. This machine is pure garbage. Now that the warranty has expired this piece of junk is utterly useless.
