Works well. Was a little tricky to connect to wifi but I figured it out. We bought ours in the white color and it looks great. It connects to the LG app so it can be used remotely

Works great for the first year. After that you start getting an unbalanced error. We have taken it apart and tried everything. It sucks now and takes hours to wash a load stopping and needing half the load removed to complete the wash. Its a waste of money.

Works great. Only thing is that I was not please on how long it took to get. Plus I had to reschedule again and wait longer. Because when the delivery person called and ask were I was at, told him it says I could have him put it in garage/or porch.

Ya, this washer and dryer is absolutely amazibg. Siper wfficiebt with your water. The washer can sense what you have in the bin and choose a program for you. The dryer is cery gentle to your clothes. This thing is just awesome.

I upgraded after the GE stackable debacle and purchased this model and was pleased at first it worked perfectly for a week then D90 error vent issues I called customer service lady was nice and gave me appointment one easter Sunday and nobody showed up or called. Make sure if pick this model you use the rigid vent kit it comes with. Throw old aluminum looking one out. The delivery guys are going to talk you into using old one but don’t. As of now I am still in limbo with half a wash tower. Oh it came damaged too.

Obsessed. Perfect addition to my bathroom remodel. Extremely happy with the color, the settings, the WiFi capable, and the alerts on my phone. Easy setup! I enjoy doing laundry now, lol.

Great product! Only bad part was I wasn’t told I needed a 110 outlet for the washer nearby, so I had to have one installed after the installation of the washer and dryer.

I’ve had this washer/dryer tower for less than 2 years and paint is peeling and has some discoloration, potentially rust around the soap dispenser. No detergent has been left in the area to cause peeling. No harsh chemicals have been used to clean the machine. This is considered a cosmetic issue and neither Best Buy or LG will resolve this. LG sent me a link to a website form to “write a letter” to the LG president and I’ve not been contacted by a person. I did randomly receive a link to extend my warranty but I do not qualify and that would not help anyway if they feel this is cosmetic. I see this as a DEFECT. There should be no issues in such a short time. My previous washer/dryer tower that was at least 20 years old didn’t have rust or peeling paint. I’ve seen other customer complaints about paint peeling on these units often around the door. It makes me wonder if warmth from the hot water is melting the paint. This all needs to be addressed! Additionally, the dryer does not 100% dry my clothes. The setting needs to be on high to get close to dry. I often let my clothes air dry after each load before putting them away. I would not recommend!

Very sleek and modern for our home. Isn't loud either compared to other washers. Do love the little reminders/notifications it sends as well via app.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Easy to install me and my brother did it within an hour. Worked wonderfully! Dryer need more timing depending on the thickness/heaviness of the clothing.

Recently retired a 20 year old stackable GE washer/dryer. Purchasing the stackable LG is the best decision of the summer.

Works great and makes my clothes clean and fresh. Love the touch screen design and how it has a spot on the bottom to drain the water for the washer. Makes it easily accessible.

It looks good ,works well, and fast! Also notifies you when you download the app and keeps track of when you need to clean out the filter and electrical use! And it lights up inside when activated.

I’ve never thought a washer-dryer combo could be truly aesthetically appealing. Fast , silent and very realiable…fresh washer not ot mention the dryer is pretry qucik

The sales and service/installation in Portland and Augusta Maine Total Tech stores/guys were excellent. The W/D is one unit, all electronic, AI, and user friendly. Very happy with LG washer dryer unit.

Great Washer & Dryer we’ve had it for about a year now with no issues. I do wish the draining plug was easier to access but overall would purchase again.
